The only thing this place has going for them is their prices. I waited three and a half hours for 4 speakers and a head unit to be installed. Ray was a great help and seemed very knowledgable, but this place is downright terrible. After my install, I went to inspect my car and this is what I found and saw: my knobs for my AC controls were all on the floor of my car, they completely fu**** the leather on my dash, ruining the overall integrity of what was a perfect car, my car was a mess and smelled awful, gave me back the wrong stereo, scratches all over the plastic around the unit, and the best one of them all, my fu***** turn signals are not working AT ALL. I do not understand what kind of business owner allows his employees to perform work of this quality. I returned to tell Ray that my turn signals are not working and I'm just overall unhappy with the job they have done with my car and he asked if I could return at some point the next day. I agreed to let him fix the wiring for my turn signals and nothing else. I will have you all know now, if you need audio done to your car, look elsewhere, I suggest you stay away from this place.

Ill give 2.5 stars for the tinting job. Rest of experience was horrible. Was supposed to get a stereo software upgrade. Was told he would get software and to come back after work on Thursday. Called on my way driving and was told “oh he’s gone for the day, try Friday”. I called ahead Friday and was told I can definitely come. Wasted gas driving across town for nothing. I was completely ignored for first 10 mins while front desk chatted on personal phone call. The guy finally came to the front and looked confused as to why I was there and said he “wasn’t sure who told me on the phone to come in but he still doesn’t have software”. No apology, no accountability…..There was only 2 staff members there so either you or your workmate told me to come! Then, as the customer, I had to suggest he take my number so he could call me when he finally gets the software. He promised he would….that was June 3rd….still waiting to hear back til this day. Turns out I was gonna be charged hundreds for something I did by myself in 10 mins with a usb thumb drive, flathead screw driver and software easily found for free online. I guess it was a blessing in disguise and he missed out on taking my $$$ but still, poor customer service!

Owner started yelling at me because he said I shouldnt wait so long for tint repair. Yet I returned after his requested 10 days wait for bubbles to subside. They never got the bubbles out. Watch out ...no contract/ guarantee. He was very dismissive and totally unprofessional...basically dismissing my concerns. Do not go here!!!. Pay a little more and go to a clean shop with written guarantees!!! Sure he's friendly all smiles when you come in to pay them for new work and evil when asking for reqesting guaranty.

Two days to install 1 deck, waited 3 hrs before they realized the wire harness was wrong, next day didn’t clean up after they were done, antenna doesn’t work now - owner said your antenna must be bad. Hello it worked before you touched it, now the dash kit they installed fell apart and deck is free in the dash. Horrible work, much better shops close by!

Was quoted by owner to install alarm and window tint. The same day I was charged a different price by the wife while the boss was not there. I said what happened to my original price and she said not what I gave you. They also said I would get a trunk pin and they didn't install it. And Why give me a remote with trunk open button and it doesn't open trunk? Shady on the prices. Basic alarm but charged as if I got a viper wi the all the features. Will not go back.

I've always had good work done by Ray and his group. One star leavers are just bozos who don't know the first thing about car audio. I've been in the shop on multiple occasions and have seen the 1 star reviewers literally go out of their way to choose amps that don't match subs and use components that are very cheaply made from brands that aren't reputable. This place always does good work if you just listen to what they recommend.

I’ve been working with IB for 6 years now. It started with a great experience installing a sound system in a ski boat. They worked with my budget and I got a great sounding rig without breaking the bank. The 2nd episode was a new system in a Tacoma. It sounds great ! # 3 was a remote control lock for the Tahoma.s tailgate. Toyota is too cheap to make the $3K tailgate lock when the doors lock…. The unit that makes it all happen died pretty quickly after being installed. IB stepped up to replace at their cost, Not Mine. On 12/20/24 I came in looking to upgrade my wife’s car with Air Play for Christmas. Rather than be sold a $1500+ new deck, I was told a $360 plug in gizmo would do the trick. Again I got honest answers for my needs with no BS. IB has got another long term customer for all the right reasons. Thank you,

Would not recommend this shop, spent a little over 2 thousand dollars here for multiple things and come to find out they installed my Viper Alarm wrong and caused my Cars computer to freak out. All the gauges on my dash started jumping around and my mph was wrong and would not pass smog. They do shotty work.

One of the best experiences I've had! The prices were the most reasonable around, I got full tint on all 5 windows of my Scion Tc, Ray, the owner, explained everything they were going to do to the car, they installed a 12" sub and amp and he told me everything they wired and how as to not void the warrantee. Overall excellent customer service! Even got a water bottle and walnuts on the house! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I basically got scammed. I went here to get my windows tinted on my Chevy Malibu. I told them what percentage of tint I wanted and they installed the wrong one without telling me that they were out of stock of the one I wanted, and they refused to refund me because the tint was already on my car. Now I have to spend more money to get it removed. On top of this their staff treated me like I was a nusance even though they admitted their fault.

Paid before doing a walk around inspection first on return...ugh, regret!! The rear window has a few creases on the inside and the door behind the driver's seat, quarter size hole at the bottom towards the middle of tint film...I just took it as a sign they needed my money more than I did. 🤔

Amazing service! I came in to get my tints done on my new Benz & they look amazing! I came in at a busy time & they still managed to have my tints done when they said it'd be done. Week later they've settled perfectly, very impressed in how passionate they are at what these guys do. Best prices, the best costumer service, and they get the job done. Best auto body shop in Cali!! Today makes my 3rd visit in 3 years with 3 vehicles to be tinted. Customer service is always great, even when I thought I had an issue with the tints I just called and they are on top of it. I have an ID/UI sniffer in my car court order. I went to OTHER shops they tried overcharged me. They weren’t dependable. They didn’t answer the phone, etc. etc. “IB customs “customs treated me real fair, real good people. I would highly recommend these folks for any of your stereo or DUI sniffer needs.

Terrible installation, my interior paneling wasnt put back in properly, the radio that was installed was glitching on the first day and ended up completely failing within the first week. It’s also extremely expensive to come here and I’ve paid over a month ago but now i have to wait another week for the new radio supposedly. I’ve been patient and haven’t mentioned my frustration while trying to work with them so this is just how they do business and what you can expect from them.

you might have a great experience. i did not they charge more for Smart Start customers than other shops. 50$ service fee here 25$ qt De Anza on Watt 🤷 think i remember paying 350+ for the install and it cost $250 to put mine in a new vehicle at the other location
