I needed to get my Suburu Ascent detailed before Saturday. Every place I called told me they were booked out for weeks starting by our house in NC, then tried Elizabethton TN, Johnson City TN and called over 15 businesses. Ideal didn’t answer. So I was ready to give up when the nicest gentleman called me back - I didn’t leave a message.but Andre who happens to be the owner returned my call and got me in immediately. My car looks brand new. His team worked on my car for almost 5 hours. They have sliding doors in their waiting room where you can see the work they are doing. Amazing! I have been very satisfied with Ideal Auto. I had ceramic coating put on my vehicle when I first purchased it. They have helped me understand the importance of several things. First , not to go through a car wash where the brushes create tiny swirls marks, second the 2 bucket washing method, and 3rd, the importance of maintaining my vehicle through regular washes and getting my regular reboot.
