Went in for parts for MY vehicle with my husband. We were greeted by an elderly man... I told him what I needed, and I had to repeat it several times. I showed him online what parts I had in my cart, and he said they didn't have them or they weren't that price. He then started asking my husband what I needed... like I wasn't there. I bought what matched online that they did have. We left. I went home and ordered the parts I showed him and went back to said store and picked them up. They did, in fact, have them and for the price I showed him. I have gotten everything else at NAPA and AutoZone I will not go back to this location. I actually work on my own vehicles and did not appreciate the way I was treated. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Would not recommend going here unless you know what youâre talking about. I had to contact corporate to get the truth about their return policy and they told me I was able to still return my item. The employee âBillyâ lied to me multiple times about their âlimited lifetime warrantyâ policy and then proceed to argue with me that clutches donât produce dust from used clutch material. He then told me if I wanted to âact smartâ he would not let me swap my item for a replacement. He was extremely arrogant and does not need to be working at a parts store or any automotive facility. I ended up going to the other store nearby where they agreed to replace it without an issue.

i want to let the guys at ADVANCE know i really appreciate being treated with courtesy and respect. It's very rare these days . I am constantly writing reviews on businesses for how their employees have a total disrespect and must be ignorant to the fact that without customers businesses can't stay open. Holy smokes I was there yesterday to just do a return was in the store for 35 mins trying to just get a refund and a copy of my returned receipt. I am beyond annoyed with the unprofessional help I was given, for a simple task of a return. Store manager was absolutely no help trying to get my printed receipt he was more concerned about standing in the front door ( kept it open the whole time) smoking his cigarettes which I am highly allergic too and suffering today from the smoke. I will NEVER return to this store again

I had to get a new battery, I was helped by a young man Brock. Very professional and nice guy. He installed the battery for me, I would have done it myself except I had a doctors appointment and was trying to avoid getting dirty. Hats off to Brock. I was in need of a rear wiper blade... I tried to find several times at Walmart but they never had the size for my specific rear wiper. So I just went on to my local advance Auto and ask the men to see if they had one in stock for my vehicle and sure enough they were out of every single one but they ordered it and it was delivered the next day and I came and he actually put it on for me I really really enjoyed the fact that they were so nice and knowledgeable about their products and was able to have it delivered in store the following day...

Went in on the 4th of July, 2025 to grab a new headlight bulb. The guy who helped me find it was super nice! He told me which one i needed, and advice on how to install it! I believe his name was Connor. I went out to my car to put in the headlight but noticed my fog/signal light (the little yellow light) was loose. Figured it was a missing bolt holding it in place and asked Connor if he just had an extra bolt sitting on the desk that i could just have. He told me he didnt have any, but offered a zip tie lol.. which he also did for me! He was super nice and helpful. I go to this Advanced store ALL the time and most of the time when i go in all of the employees are so kind and helpful.

This place was awful they told me they would give me a part for $69 on the like it is online then they charged me $120 when then when I got home I didn't have the right size socket I called them they wouldn't even let me borrow a socket after charging me $120 to borrow a socket set so if you're looking for a good place to go a family place even for your car skip this place it does not deserve your business

We purchased lug nuts for new trailer tires at this store. I came back to get studs to fit them after I got my new wheels. It took the salesman about 10 minutes to find the correct stud. But he finally did come thru with the correct one. Thanks for the assistance!

Very disappointing experience with this location. I called on Feb 28 around 3:52 PM for assistance, and the employee (Mike) was unhelpful and ended up hanging up on me before my question was answered. Basic customer service and respect should be standard. Hoping management addresses this. He said he has been working there for years⌠Soooo beware!!! I went to another building and they were incredible and helpful! So be smart and skip this location if Mike is working there!
