Went here to get all 4 tires done. Quick but they did not tight my bolts on all 4 tires. It felt odd to me when driving it. So I would double check if they are tight. Very disappointed in that. Couldn’t imagine if I did not check it.

If you need tire work or front end alignment work done then you should use Image 360. Luis the owner offers expert service and great customer service at a fair price. Luis and his team work hard to make you a satisfied customer. I have been using Luis for several years now for all my tire needs, snow tire change over, tire repairs and front end alignment. Image 360 also does outstanding detail work with full service waxing, clay barring and detail. Best tire service shop in Fairfield/Westchester bar none!

Paid for an alignment on my car, still had same wobble-like issue after it was "done", so brought the car to the dealership service department a couple weeks later. The dealership said no way an alignment was performed, 3 of 4 tires were out of alignment and they needed to heat things up to make the adjustments because they hadn't been adjusted in so long they were stuck. Certainly can't trust this company, went back to discuss and they were unwilling to reimburse us for the service they never performed. Really wanted to find a great little shop, but really disappointed.

I went to this place because I own a Jeep wrangler and needed it aligned and they have the machine specifically designed for the job to get done. I have a lifted Jeep and the hunter website recommended this shop. I'm glad they did because the customer service is great. The owner Luis is a nice guy. I recommend this shop to anyone. Aside from wheel alignments they offer plenty other services. You can purchase wheels, tires, wheel balance, flat fix and they have a mechanic as well! Thanks Luis!

This is the best shop for mounting and balancing tires. I called the day before with a specialty tire for my motorcycle that need to be mounted and balanced. He told me to swing by in the morning and he’d squeeze me in. Not only was it a quick process, but he went above and beyond to highlight his attention to detail, focusing on the directional arrows in relation to the wheel, and peeling off the old wheel weights and replacing with balance beads. The care and professionalism shown is rare to find these days. I will for sure be back with my cars as well as my bike tires. Harley/motorcycle guys be advised: they cannot remove the wheel off the bike, you gotta do that and bring it in. But this is the best way to get your rubber mounted correctly and balanced true. Thanks again, and I’ll be back!
