Specifically asked the mechanic if he could work on my car with it being lowered. He looked me dead in the face and said yes. I bring my car for the appointment he keeps it for 3 hours and calls me saying he WONT touch it because it’s lowered. Terrible customer service, will never refer another friend. Bring your car to someone who won’t lie to you.

I’ve had major problems with my Subaru that nobody else could fix but Edward (the owner) knew exactly what was the problem and got to work on it at a fair price and got the job done no problem. I had my subaru forester serviced there many times including to replace clutch. I recommended Image Auto to my college to be enrolled son. His father bought a vehicle from Image. From day 1 everything went wrong: ac died, transmission failed and now air bag died. I would never recommend this retailer for quality work on used cars.

Only wish I found this place sooner! This shop is amazing, absolutely top-notch. They are reliable, fast, and honest. I have taken my Subaru in a few times and they always treat me with kindness and respect. I even had an issue a few weeks after it was worked on. I brought the car back, they fixed it and didn't even charge me. That is customer service! I would recommend this place a hundred times over! Vastly different experience than what we had at Tom's Automotive (caddy corner to Image Auto), where the customer service was appalling.

The owner Ed has always been straight forward with what my cars have needed and I let him “literally” take the wheel. Took my vehicle here on a Monday as all the lights on my dash came on while accelerating up a hill on a Sunday. They were able to apparently fix what was a valve body issue and I paid the $1800. 17 days later I am again accelerating up a hill when all the lights again come on. This was a Thursday. I take it back in on Friday with all the lights on and I hear it's the same codes and it's not the same codes in the same sentence. They tell me they will clear the codes but to make an appointment. They tell me it's safe to drive. I drop my car off the night before and I call the next morning and they tell me that because there are no codes showing or pending, that they will not fix the issue. Two weeks later I'm now in a rental because for the third time the lights have come on while accelerating up a hill. It has now been a month of this not being fixed. I have no idea if they even fixed the problem because they never showed me anything. Will never go back to this place.
