I just moved to Fitchburg 2 years ago and was searching for a great auto mechanic that was honest and fair. I dealt with a few that I wasn’t comfortable with and the dealerships over charge and give bad advice and suggestions. I was told by the Hyundai dealership that I needed a new engine for my 2015 Hyundai Elantra with 84k. I brought it to Mark at Phill’s and he told me to try some Lucas brand synthetic lubrications with every oil change and that should work because he couldn’t diagnose it without the engine light on and why replace an engine that didn’t show any engine problems. I got my oil change, wheel bearings and 4 new tires alignment and balanced for a great deal. I believe I found my mechanic in Fitchburg and don’t need to look no further when your getting excellent , honest, quality reasonable priced service. Mark and his partner are #1 in Fitchburg in auto repair. HandsDown!!!!

It was nice to visit a shop that people are actually honest with you about what is wrong with your vehicle and not trying to make you spend more money for things that are not wrong with your vehicle. So far things are working as was stated to me they would be and if there were any issues to call or come by immediately with my vehicle so they could help me with any issues that occurred.
