I have never written a very bad review before but after treatment I got from this shop, I had to write this one. In summary, they convinced to keep my car at their shop after my accident, lied to me that my insurance will pay for any costs associated with. Convinced me that I should send them a text saying "I do not authorize the insurance or anyone to pick up my vehicle from their shop". They pretended to act in my own interest, making me to see the insurance as a scam, that I should never trust them. They intentionally delayed my claim until three weeks later when I got fade up and asked to get my vehicle out of their shop. They charged me storage fees of over $5000, where I ended up paying two 2k and the insurance covered the rest. They refused Debit or credit card payments, and only wanted cash, just to slow the process and charge more storage fees. They gave me all types bad advises in other to surrender my vehicle with them. Their prices are outrageous, they are deceitful and devilish. I will never advise anyone to go to this shop in my life time., thieves, all of them.

This place is great! Took in my 2022 Camry that got sideswiped by some idiot during a night out. They helped me with my deductible, I saved a lot of money and left my car like new! Seems like nothing ever happened to my car! This car is my baby, so I was worried about how it would look after repairs, but these guys exceeded my expectations! New costumers beware.. Took our car in for some insurance work. The shop charged well and the work was poor. Not only that. They charged my insurance to replace a quarter panel, computers, sensors etc. Later I come to find out they never did anything. They repaired the quarter panel and never changed any of the parts they charged the insurance for. Didnt even bother to remove the markings on the parts they were supposed to replace. I confronted the owner about the situation, said things like that happen all the time. I believe that’s FRAUD. Shouldn’t happen at all. Currently working with BAR (Bureau Of Automotive Repair) to have them investigate their business practices. Hope this doesn’t happen to any else.

I was on September 17th that I got my brand new car hit on left corner of the driver side. I was upset because I wanted to make sure the driver at fault had insurenece and that they were going to pay. As most of you know, they take forever to get back to you and it is such a headache. <5months later> before then I was hunting for a body shop where I wanted my car to get fixed and I met Luis. Impact Fix Collision Center in Fontana Is your place. I was so happy that after everything I was able to get my car fixed and left happy and it only took 1 day. I took my vehicle to this body shop for repairs and was later sent a supplement from my insurance company. Upon reviewing the documentation, I noticed multiple unauthorized repairs and parts listed that were unrelated to the original claim I submitted. When I contacted the shop and spoke with Luis, the owner, to ask for clarification, he responded in a condescending manner and stated that he only works directly with the insurance company, implying that he did not owe me an explanation. As a paying client, I believe I am entitled to transparency regarding any charges or repairs performed on my vehicle, especially when they involve parts, such as a mirror, that were neither damaged nor part of my claim. Despite my concerns, I proceeded with the repairs. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a large gap where the fender had been replaced. Although the shop offered to fix it, the issue remained unresolved after I returned. The paint also showed visible orange peel texture. My insurance was billed approximately $7,000 for a bumper and fender, yet the shop only provides a 3-year warranty on paint significantly less than other reputable shops, which often offer 7 years or more. Just two months later, the paint has already started chipping. At this point, I have no interest in returning to a shop that demonstrates poor workmanship, lacks customer service skills, and operates with questionable business practices. If you value quality repairs, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Also, always review your insurance supplement thoroughly before approving any work!

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. My Corolla got in a collision and I needed a repair done as soon as possible. Luis and the team did a phenomenal job on the repair and paint job. My 2009 Honda CRV was in need of some minor body work and an entire paint job. After some extensive research and a lot of crazy high estimates, I ran across Impact Fix Collision Center. I had read a lot of good reviews here and decided to take my car in for an estimate. I met with Luis the owner and we walked around my car, I explained exactly what I wanted. Some repair work on my right front fender and bumper, some other minor dents, an entire original color factory paint job including all the black trim and restoration of the 2 head light lenses. Luis is very down to earth and a cool guy. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, so I decided to let him do the job. After a couple of weeks Luis gives me a call and said my car is ready. My wife and I went to go pick it up and we were totally blown away on how beautiful it looked. My car looked like it just rolled out of the factory, it was flawless Luis and his team did an incredible, outstanding, very professional job. I highly recommend these guys for your auto body and paint job needs.
