I went to The Import Shop with high expectations. They are not careful, at least they weren't with my vehicle. I believe that they did more damage to my vehicle than what I asked them to repair. Would not recommend them, and I definitely won't be going back.

I was in town for business and called the Import Shop thinking I needed a rear control arm for my Volvo because of tire wear and vibration. The gentleman who greeted me looked at the car, checked a few things and told me to get a new tire and get the tires re balanced. I truly appreciated the honesty. He could have told me I needed something replaced and worked on the car, but he didn’t. Stand up shop!

One of 2 places I trust to work on our Saturn! They identified our issue worked with us decision to repair or not and completed everything as required to get us back up and running again. Thanks for the hard work and honesty. Sadly Wichita Falls has many mechanics and shops where honesty and quality work are just buzz words. Used them twice so far, very upfront about cost and was fixed correctly. Even gave me back the old parts to show they were replaced and gave a detailed invoice of the labor parts etc.
