I tried inMOTION today for the first time to replace a few things on my car. I will definitely be going back for our cars service needs. I was able to schedule an appointment online, offered courtesy vehicle (didn’t use), easy check in and check out, and great communication and professional service from Justin, who was assigned to me. Fixed and back on the road. Reasonable estimate. Warranty for parts replaced and an extensive inspection of the car overall with recommendations based on mileage.

If i could give 10 stars i would. I was blown away from the second I dropped my vehicle off. State of the art shop, polite professional staff greeting you as you walk in and a very nice coffee/hangout area. The detailed inspection Alex did prior to repairs was very inpressive with the attention to detail he put in. He found issues i was unaware of and I am a very tuned into my vehicles and usually have a good idea of what is needed before dropping off. Alex rebuilt the entire front end of my truck to perfection. After repairs i was given a test drive with the mechanic to make sure I was happy and no concerns. Upon checking out I was reassured multiple times if i ever have any concerns or issues to let them know. Also a huge plus for me they had many loaners in the lot to choose from. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had from a repair shop. To say this is my new favorite shop is an understatement. HUGE thanks to the entire team at inMOTION!! See ya next time.

Fantastic experience with inMotion Auto Care! An auto dealer told my wife her SUV needed $10k in “immediate” repairs, but Henry gave it a thorough inspection and found no urgent issues—in fact, one $4k repair didn’t even apply to the vehicle. Justin, my Service Advisor, was excellent—he explained everything with total transparency and gave me complete peace of mind. The shop is clean, prices are fair, and everyone was professional and courteous. The stuffed panda in my daughter’s car seat was a fun extra touch! I’ll definitely be back and will use their complimentary pick-up and delivery service. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal service- the communication, explanation of needs and service is top notch. They provided details and photos of the things that needed to be fixed and helped me prioritize needs. 2026/03/03 update: After below service work was completed, on the first road trip, we experienced a noise @ a specific road speed. Brought it back, test drove it with a technician to allow him to hear the noise. After inspection, it was determined there was tire wear caused by the worn parts that had just been replaced. Moving the tire position changed the speed at which it was heard/felt and where the noise came from. Have 1 tire worn and would require replacement to correct. As this did not pose a safety issue while driving, just need to get most use out of the tire and then replace. Techs did a great just isolating the problem and providing feedback on potential corrective actions. Great job was done, once again! Had a lot of service work performed, as recommended from a FULL vehicle inspection. They fixed my problem, which was the reason for coming there initially. Found several more issues that required attention and fixed those as well. Looking for a good Toyota mechanic to take care of YOUR vehicle? Look no further than inMOTION! Worked with Service Advisor Bailey who quickly reviewed cost for repairs I requested, as well as those identified during the vehicle inspection. excellent service. when I had an older car they did work with me to save me some money, yet still do a great job. I, now have a lot newer car / SUV hi brid. it is nearing the end of most of the warranty on it, so I will, likely be returning here for most of my needed repair / preventive maintenance needs. the free popcorn is appreciated and is a bonus. I also like, that I can wait on my car if it is something simple. I like the shuttle service when a repair might take a bit longer, too. I had the last ratings happen on my Present Honda CRV. good job great service, still.

I must say Jaycee is absolutely wonderful. Always responsive and very respectful. She gets 5 stars. I was just very disappointed with the prices. The options for warranty were not discussed upfront and that would have been a good start towards trusting this company. I was told there was a gasket leaking. After further investigation I discovered there was no leak at all. I would love to give this company my business but I don’t have the trust level to do so.

High end auto shop. Paid 1.5k for rear end struts and shock absorbers on my sedan vehicle. This price included the diagnostic fees. Also asked for them to install my fender liner, which added an additional $111. I came in for having overly sensitive brakes, and a jolty feeling when coming to a stop shortly after doing my own brake pads a rotors. They couldn't find anything wrong with my brakes after test driving it for 1 mile. I also stated that the sensitivity of the brakes comes after 5-10 minutes of driving, which I don't belive Henry did (guy working on my car). They recommended to replace rear struts and shocks, which I did. Henry also fixed a rattling noise, which ended up being the heat shield Overall, still sensitive braking, slightly less of a jolty feeling when braking. Still pretty happy with the job Henry did for my sedan. However, I'm not sure who would be at fault (or if it's just routine), but when dropping my car off at 8am (for diagnosing, and replacing parts), I wasn't able to get my sedan back until right before or when they closed. The diagnostic service taking 8 hours, I do not understand. The parts replacing service taking 8 hours is more reasonable, however I had to call them to make sure I was being picked up eventually (as I had work the next day), since the shop closed in about 15min. To my knowledge, no one was initially coming to pick me up, and it was a good thing I called.

We got our brakes and rotors replaced, and it was done in a timely manner. There is a complimentary shuttle service that we utilized, with no extra cost to us. I was unsure of what to expect bringing the car in, I’d never been there before, but was pleasantly surprised when I was sent a full report along with actual PICTURES of the issues with descriptions. I was very impressed with the transparency, to say the least. At the end, when I got in my car to leave, there was even a small gift baggie in the cup holder. They were very kind, and offered great service. The price is justified in that, along with all the complimentary services they provide.

I took my car in for a battery issue that issue was not fixed$3,000 later my car died again I complained about these bills the belt wasn't repaired and they refused to reduce the bill even one dime if you're disabled senior like me stay away they are a rip-off with a giant smile tires weren't rotated none of the things like a tune-up we're done it was a total rip-off and I have filed complaint after complaint now I would love to find a licensed mechanic that isn't afraid of him and would help me go to court

If you’re looking for car maintenance, look no further. InMotion is amazing! Their customer service is outstanding and they are very thorough. They check in every now and then, but not annoyingly so. Pricing is just right too! They have a shuttle service that will get you where you need while your car is getting repairs. They also delivered my car to me for free the last time I took it in. I was having a rough day at work and that made everything 1000 times better! I cannot say enough good things about this place to do it justice!

This has to be the best oil change experience I’ve had. I have a VW - so many places like Jiffy Lube simply didn’t know how to work on it. I found InMotion my searching for a shop with VW speciality. Scheduling was super easy and I received scheduling texts to add it to my calendar. When I arrived, they walked me through different options and we discussed how to help now that my car has started burning oil since having it changed at other shops. They took it on a test drive and gave it a full inspection. They pointed out a few concerns but didn’t try to sell me on anything crazy or expensive, just things to think about for the future. Most importantly, everything was completed correctly and they reset the sensor (seriously, two other places didn’t know how to do this). I got in my car and found it had been vacuumed out, they put candy in my cup holders, and left teddy bears for my kids. Those extra touches meant a lot to me. Then, over the next few days, they followed up via text to make sure everything was going well. I’ve found my new car place.
