Art is the owner of this bogus establishment and he is ripping people off!!! Their website claims that they are "fair, and honest" but this couldn't be further from the truth!!! Stay away from this place but if you feel you must go, then get a price quote for labor and parts from Art. Then go to pep boys, AutoZone, and Napa which are the places where Art goes for his parts and see what the difference in price is. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED!!! In our case Napa was the most expensive out of the three locations I just mentioned. The part from Napa was $55.00, why did Art charge us $83.00 for the same part? FAIR AND HONEST, huh? Yea right! If you make that claim you should stick by it Art, not make excuses as to why you are over charging the customer! After finding out the true prices my step dad confronted Art and his response was that "all shops do this" and that he "has to pay each of his employees $900 .00 a week, not to mention workers compensation" Passing on your bills to the customer hardly sounds fair and honest at all. NEXT TIME JUST MAN UP INSTEAD OF MAKING EXCUSES ART. We will never go there again.

I’ve been trusting my car’s health with Art and Tony ever since they’ve opened. That also means that I’ve been trusting them with the safety of my family driving these cars as well! I’ve tried the dealerships, and some told six week wait just for diagnostics test! Thats after they sell that car in two hours! Tried the Wallymart crew! I drove my daughters car in their and they had to push it out! 😖. I called Integrity and asked if they could help, and they walked through a simple procedure that got my daughters car running again! Learned my lesson. - I moved out of Temecula Valley, but I will keep coming back to Integrity Automotive for any and all my cars! Extremely trustworthy. They keep you up to date on parts, wait times and costs.

Art and Tony are the two men that run the business. I have read one review describing Art as a gouge for upcharging for the prts he secures to repair their auto. I guess this person doesn't have a clue as to doing business. There is a cost for securing a part as well as the mechanics wages. some folks believe their entitled to free service. I personally have been doing business with Art and Tony for years, they would rather take a loss as opposed to dealing dishonestly with any customer. (just try getting a quote from a dealer service dept and compare) they have always been up front and honest with myself and others I have met while waiting for my vehicle. Everyone is very satisfied with Integrity Motors, except the one fellow who took the time to cast a negative review over a $30 difference in PEP BOYS price and Integritys price. Business men have to get paid for their services, that's how they make a living, for crying out loud!!!!

Jonathan was such a helpful individual that I’m so lucky to have someone that knows all the operations and he helped me with my Acura TL. This man came on his own time to help me out and I didn’t even make a schedule appointment. Integrity says it all. They are top notched and NOT out to rip people off or pull anything over anyone. I have referred countless people here and everyone has been satisfied. I have been bringing my vehicles to this company for over 12 years and I have never had a problem. I sent a friend there and she had been getting quotes in the several hundreds. I had her take her car there and Integrity found that all that was needed was a bolt to be tightened. They did not charge her. Just recently another friend took his Lexus there. The dealer quote about $5,000.00. Integrity charged less than a third of that amount. They are to be completely trusted.

Always great service, fair pricing and quality work. Art and Tony are honest businessmen who truly care about awesome customer service! This is an update. I've recently had an issue with a loud squeal which Tony said was attributed to my rear brake drum. He replaced them. The squeal continued. I brought it back and he then replaced the front brakes. Still unresolved. Having to go back. Love these guys but their diagnostics aren't working here. I've edited the five star rating I gave them over a year ago to the present 4 stars.

My check engine light came on and needed to fix it to get it smogged. The overall Management team and mechanics were top of the line, courteous,very knowledgeable and friendly environment. I rate this 5 stars customer service was awesome. Integrity Automotive in Temecula is first rate and is now my favorite place to have my truck service.
