“Mechanic Shops” are unfortunately fighting the stigma of being untrustworthy…or “ripping you off”. My experiences here at EAS Tire & Auto Parker Rd has been quite the opposite. After visiting nearly a year ago for a friend’s vehicle (resulting in new tires, diagnostic etc.)… I decided to bring my new vehicle in to have serviced and a thorough diagnostic performed. Due to my EXTREMELY busy schedule, I had to schedule, reschedule, etc… Rather than being discouraged with me, Christa is best to work me in. Joe has also done a phenomenal job at diagnosing the issue with my van. And what could’ve been a major catastrophe and huge amount of money out of pocket…Was a simple repair. We have a low mileage 2003 Lexus ES300. A beautifully engineered car that EAS Tire & Auto keeps maintained in like new condition. Thorough inspections with photos, honest evaluation of what's needed in order of importance, and great work. I'm taking my 2000 4Runner in next.

These folks spent over 30 minutes with my car on a hoist trying to get my oil filter off. I’d just got an oil change down the street where they changed my oil but couldn’t get the filter off. The folks at EAS tried for at least 30 minutes and couldn’t either. I have to bring it back to Larry H Miller who over torqued it previously. Point being, the staff and manager at this EAS location went above and beyond to try to take care of me knowing I wasn’t getting an oil change. No charge for taking up that much of their time. Going forward I will bring my car here for every service they provide. Over the top customer service and professionalism. I’m a fan. Dave Hulst

I just had a first time experience with EAS. I took advantage of an oil change offer and very glad I did. A complimentary assessment of my older vehicle was included and appropriate in all ways. A thorough explanation was included and with some automotive knowledge, I was grateful for their non-aggressive recommendations. Overall things were as expected and a pleasant surprise although their tech discovered a serious tie rod problem that I was unaware of while driving the vehicle. I am grateful for their thoroughness, communication and the plan going forward.Great experience.

I had $3k work done here 03/2024 which included shocks/ struts, control arms, alignment, and fluid exchange work. They didn’t do the work I paid for, I am completely missing the bushing on the new strut, and now I need a new control arm that was just replaced. The website says 4/5 year warranty so they need to honor that or I need to find a lawyer. The only part that doesn’t look original is the front passenger that I had done somewhere else this July. Taking advantage of people and not doing the work they pay for is ILLEGAL. I don’t care if Integrity was bought out by EAS in January of this year, they need to make this right!
