Thanks for the response. Some explanation from my side. i. There is no other party involved in the incident. Also it happened 2 years back. So, there is no way to other person reporting it. ii. Inquired with my insurance provider. There is no claim reported. they are clean. iii. The Damage reported on march 14th this year which is the exact date i got the quote from you. *********BEWARE******* This review is not for their service. I have asked for quote estimate for the car dent removal few months back and decided not to fix it for a while. Months later realized that minor damage reported on my carfax. I didnt repair the dent but still it is recorded in carfax on the exact date when i got the quote from them. When i called the international autobody, they said they have no idea on who reported it, No response from carfax either. So, when you decide to get quote/repair from them, make 200% sure that they are not reporting to carfax (If you go out of pocket obviously)

Great customer service! Moises gave me an estimate of 650 for damaged bumper and Ceecee was very clear and straightforward with keeping me updated. She told me they found more damage under the bumper but will honor the 650 estimate. The work came out looking great, as if the hit and run never happened. I will definitely be back.... (Hopefully I don't need to but I definitely know where to go now). They provided a warranty to cover their fix as well. Only downside is they charge 3% for debit and credit so bring cash! I am a happy customer.

Took my vehicle here after an insane quote from one of the chain shops. This place and its staff are amazing. Transparent quotes significantly more reasonable that the chains and discussion of options. Quick and quality work and regular follow up throughout. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Local business over chain as well. Additional shout out to zain who helped a lot and gave good towing recommendations as well. Definitely check in here before you talk to anywhere else.

They do great work and have always been straightforward and honest. I have had several cars repaired at International Auto over the years. The damage ranged from relatively minor scrapes, to major front-end damage. They were even super helpful with information and advice on one occasion when I decided not to have the car repaired and sold it instead. Go check them out and see what real service from a small neighborhood shop is like. You will be glad you did.

I went to this place based on a recommendation and the reviews here. My situation was that the car had been hit and run on the front fender. Got a quote and decided I'll pay extra to do the whole front end as well. What a mistake. Orange peel was insane when I picked up the car, but then in the sun, you can see a botched buffing job reflected with lots of spider webbing. When this was shown to the shop, their response was if you want "show car" then it will be extra!!I had made it abundantly clear that the car will be shipped across the border so the work should be done right. I even wanted to get the clear bra on so kept the car for 3 weeks in the garage while the paint/clear settled. When it came to remove the emblem, found that they had not even bothered to remove the plastic guide pins and had painted over them and then glued down the emblem!! Oh and their painter is a real artist, he tends to leave his signature on his work too. And when all of this was brought to their attention, their response bring back the car and we'll fix it! The car is now 2000 miles away..Don't bother with their holier than thou act.
