I just had this TERRIBLE OUTDATED PIECE OF JUNK INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE. WAS TOLD I GOT ALL THESE DISCOUNTS AND A FREE MONTH. THEN THE APP IS SAYING I OWE THEM 46.01 OR THEIR GOING TO SHUT MY TRUCK DOWN.ALL THE NUMBERS SEND YOU TO AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND WON'T ANSWER. I FOUND THE OVER PRICED BREATHE EASY INSURANCE THEY TRY TO SELL YOU WILL TRANSFER YOU TO A ANSWER MACHINE OF THE "MO" WOMAN THAT LIED TO ME.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Worst company ive ever had to deal with in my entire life. The CEO should be in jail for theft! I paid all my outrageous fees and did my 6months with this company and they messed up on my paperwork causing me to lose my license at THEIR fault & took out the interlock device a few days prior to when i was suppose to actually remove it and offered no type of discount or help on paying the entire fee to get the device installed again which was ($340) so i went with there competitor lifesaver and found out it was only $50 to install the exact same thing with them. Would not recommend this company on my worst enemy go with anyone else

Things started off a little bumpy. However, after voicing my concern, Intoxalock reached our directly, assisted me, and provided assistance that made up for the error. Might have been a rough start but very impressed with the fix I received.

There was some miscommunication at first. I was told someone else would be able to pick up my car for me because I had to work. My mother was told they would not release the car to her because I had to be there. I gave them a call and a very nice lady called the front desk to tell them to release it and they did. They just prefer you personally be there to pick it up, so you can sign some paperwork and train you how to use the device. Other than that, the front desk was super nice to my mother & they got my car done in an hour.

Required a year or service. After a whole year of calibrations, payments, and solicitations, they sent to my governing party that I didn't complete the intoxalock program. So now I currently cannot operate a motor vehicle in my state. I wasn't told not to not uninstall the device. They literally walked me off a cliff and now I'm told to reinstall it so they can send a piece of paper to Penndot. So they want me to sign another year lease to satisfy their process in sending the document because "my account is closed" This is the same company that sold me in a very disingenuous way. They lied to me to make a sale and once they made the sale, they bait and switched all the terms of payment. Run far from this company. I'm sure the other ignition interlock companies are better ran.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and support. They fail to explain to you that the device is equivalent to leaving your lights on, so after not driving my vehicle for a few days, it drained the battery, in return locking me out of the device. They add hidden service charges such a road side assistance, warmer sleeve for the device, and other unnecessary features that they trick you into saying it's urgent to sign the lease for the device. Use caution when dealing with this place and shop around before you have it installed.

I have an Intoxalock ignition device in my car and I’ve been to a few different body shops around the area and by far are the best around! Affordable, accommodating, and fast. I will be going to them if ever needed for any car services in the future.

Up too 6 phone calls and 5 emails and multiple reviews of 1 star and yet too be contacted, my customer service phobe calls tell me too email, no response or resolve. I try online help last 6 days, never an agent, its a joke they offer that even, stay away from this company

They should be ashamed for their horrible equipment, then have the audacity to blame it on the consumer. I felt completely backed in a corner and helpless dealing with their faulty equipment, and the fees to supplement the faulty equipment. What a nightmare. Whatever you rightdo in life, avoid this company!!
