I have only good things to say about the intoxalock Tate blvd Hickory location. I had several negative issues with the Intoxalock company itself, starting with the sales department and customer service, if you want to call it that.but Cody whom works at the Hickory location went above and beyond to help and fix the problems I was having with the blow device failing and fixing all the mistakes made by the sales department of The Intoxalock company, which was a nightmare for me. Cody, so far is the only employee that for me, has done his job and then some, and idk what I would have done without his help. Too bad this company doesn't have more employees like Cody, who actually cares, does his job and goes above and beyond to help and fix the problems. I highly recommend this specific Intoxalock on Tate blvd Hickory Nc location. Thank you so much Cody, you're awesome π ππ» π

Updating my review again to reflect my Intoxalock and customer service. After the last review, Mr. Slack called me and resolved my issues. Very professional and understanding. First line of communication needs to be replaced. Young ladies with attitudes putting me on hold for an hour and not transferring me properly, need to find a different line of work. Once you reach management Intoxalock is taken seriously. With the product you have to blow to start vehicle, then a random blow at about 5 minutes and then again I think every 20-30 minutes. You must blow on every arrival. If I go anywhere, get out, and come home that is 6 blows per trip. I can go to a dozen places in a day. Thatβs life. Grocery store, take kids to school, take off the trash, run to bank, any business, and errands. Many days I may have to blow over 25 times. This can cause anyone major anxiety issues. If you arrive at the moment Intoxalock recycles you may think itβs an arrival blow and it is not. This was very confusing this first six months. Wasnβt machines fault, but wasnβt mine either. Yet any violation costs $80 to reset and wasted time back and forth to location. More anxiety if you live paycheck to paycheck. Happened to me 3 times in 10 days. To finish, I would like to say thanks to Daniel Slack, Intoxalock supervisor. Because he resolved my issues this new review is much more positive. He is good at what he does. I will be providing NC DMV and Intoxalock management with a 6-month user report and summary. Grateful to be driving. Sincerely

I can't pass the blowing part cause I can't blow long enough because of health issues. Why they took out the machine I had I do not know I had it for 2 years and no problem blowing now I'm going have to pay more money with fines!!
