We took our car up there for a simple scratch. They had to repaint the whole hatch and it was a terrible job. Looks worse now then before we took it. Do not recommend this body shop for anything.

We have taken two cars to OW Mackey and have not been disappointed yet. The work they did on my husband's '08 Jeep Wrangler was great and they repaired my '18 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a mishap with a deer back to new condition. Both vehicles looked amazing. This body shop is really good at what they do, I got got in the front and smashed my whole ride side of my car, they did a phenomenal job on repair my car, the paint match is spot on and there are no panel gaps. You would never now it was even hit it was done so well. I’d say they did it in a decent amount of time. But it’s worth it in the end👍🏻 10/10 work

Wayne and Shannon at O W Mackey's are both great to work with. I had a wreck in Hickory and my car was towed to them. They kept me informed of everything and each time I called they answered all of my questions. Shannon even called to let me know that my friend had picked up all the stuff that was in my car after it was totaled. You couldn't ask for any better people to work with.

Do not trust this man. I had the misfortune of doing business with this company. It took a month just to get my car in and then a month and a half for the bodywork. Rather than take the front end apart and order all the pieces. He did it bit by bit and kept having to send adjustments to my insurance company. I’m pretty sure he bled my insurance company out of all the money he could get. My car is not fixed and he has no plans on finishing the job. The check engine light is stuck on. It’s a problem with the headlight. The entire time he had my car he did not initiate conversation once; I was the one that had to call him every time for updates. All around horrible experience, I don’t know how a body shop that uses aftermarket pieces is more expensive than one that uses factory.
