Great selection of parts in stock for my old Ford trucks....but....the customer service is absolutely horrendous. The employees act like it is an inconvenience to give even the basic customer service and when ask questions they reply with hateful smarta$$ remarks. If I could rate zero stars I would.

A very friendly and helpful staff member welcomed me to the store, acknowledged my military service, thanked me for my service and gave me a fist-bump rather than a handshake, due to COVID-19 protocol. He politely asked how he may be able to help me, so I told him my battery light was coming on in my car and asked if he could perform a load test on my battery. In the rain, he went out and checked the amperage on my battery, which was lower than it should be, however didn't show replace. Then he checked my alternator and found it to be bad. He looked up the part and gave me the price and asked if I wanted it. I asked if he could offer a Military Discount and he did. Not having a lot of extra cash on hand and not wanting to make a return trip to return my core, I bought it on my card and asked if I could change it there. It was raining and I knew my battery wouldn't last until I got home, especially running my headlights and windshield wipers. He said, I could and he loaned me the sockets, ratchet and breaker bar I needed to release the tension on the belt tensioner to remove the serpentine belt from the alternator pulley and remove and replace the alternator. It took me about 20 minutes to make the swap and take their tools and my core back into the store for my refund. He offered me some paper towels and Waterless Hand Cleaner to clean my hands. After thanking him, I went to my car to leave, but my battery was slow and draggy. I returned to the store and asked if he could either quick-charge my battery of if they had a jump-start box. He jump-started my car. And I didn't cut it off until I got back home in Hudson. The alternator did it's thing and charged my battery as I was driving home and I haven't had a minutes trouble with it since. Even on these early morning cold start ups. This store and employee went above and beyond the call of duty to help a distressed veteran out on a cool rainy evening. A+++ and 5⭐s!

The employee named David went out of his way just before the store closed to help us with a battery issue. It was not a standard battery and was a pain to remove. Other auto parts store would not remove the battery but he did and thats the mark of a great employee. Thank you!

Love this O'Reilly's Auto Parts! Every time I've been there I've received excellent service. This time I needed my battery checked. And it was discovered I needed a new battery they put it in for me, no charge. I will definitely keep coming back here! Great, reliable service.

I purchased a battery in 2021. I was told I had a 3year warranty but the battery should be good for atleast 5 years. I'm disable and hard of hearing. I trusted their employees to be knowledgeable about their job. In june of this year 2023 I went to have my battery tested because I was having some issues. I was told at that time that my battery was in good condition and I had no worries. Well n August while driving my battery died on me. I was not in the city I live in but an hour awY with my granddaughter whose 3 and my youngest daughter it was very hot and we were perfusely sweating. I had just been released from the hospital almost 4 days before this incident. we were cautious about traveling . However out of the city where she lived and also my city we could not get any help from any orielly. I was told my battery warranty expired two months ago and that it only had a 2year warranty. I was livid because two months ago was june and they had to know my battery was dead or dying. I had to exit the highway on a wing and prayer as my car came to a stop. I made it to the nearest auto parts store- Autozone when i had my battery tested it read -bad battery poor reserve .Replace battery now. I was forced to pay 209$ for a new battery with turning in my core. If I had not brought a new battery I would have been stranded with my granddaughter and her mom. After returning to my city I went to the store where I purchased the battery and all the manager could say is I'm sorry my supervisor won't let me do anything cause the warranty is up. I stressed to her I came in in june to have my battery tested and basically i was told a lie. I don't drive everyday but my car gets cranked up everyday. She suggested that I call customer satisfaction. Which I did and it's been almost a month since this happened and to date no one has contacted me back after hearing my situation and telling me they'd try to see what they could do. Apparently nothing. I stopped dealing with Advance auto and Autozone when Orielly opened up in NC. As I have stated to the female manager this is enough to make me run back to autozone or advance auto because Orielly wouldn't care if this happened to one of their CEO's grandma. Well maybe by then they'd actually care. I did what I thought was good by having my car checked out. I was LIED to and turned away. This company would not acknowledge the lies or the situation I was put in with my family. Needless to say Autozone has never given me a problem. Orielly is a whole different subject.

An ac hose busted in the middle of rush hour traffic and I ended up coasting into their parking lot. Dave the assistant manager came out to help and helped identify the hose that had given way and then went in to help me find the parts I needed to fix my vehicle. He was amazing as he helped to replace the hose. Me and my friends night was saved by him and I am grateful. Dave deserves a raise, he is an amazing employee and went above and beyond.

He took me straight to the fob batteries grabbed the one I needed and I was out of there in no time. He even offered to place the battery in the fob if I needed the help. O'Reilly's usually cost more than the other local stores, but in the case of getting a new fuel pump, for a Miata, they were the cheapest hands down. Lifetime warranty included. Like$118 compared to $150.

Reviewing on behalf of my husband. He frequents the store in Bethlehem which gets some of their parts from this store. He has ordered a part from this store twice now and they have not put it on the truck to go to Bethlehem. Had to call to speak to a manager. Every dealing with this store is a nightmare but for some reason it is the hub for all surrounding stores making the other stores look bad. Do not recommend!

Very Nice, greeted me upon walking in and assisted me with the part i bought without acting like it was a problem as ive dealt with at other places. Will definitely return to this location when needed. Thanks for great service and better pricing than your competitors on this part which was a tail light assembly for 2001 Grand Jeep Cheerokee Laredo!

No attention to detail. Wasted my time. I was in a rush and simply asked for a specific item. Instead of informing me they not have the item in stock. Have decided to grab the opposite something anyway, wasting a drive for me there and back just to return the item. So much he did not want to handle my return but allowed his co-worker too. I would say more training is necessary.
