I had to rent a Christie Roadster projector for an event we had in Nov this year. I called Alex from ITA literally after 5.00 pm business hours when they were closed. He took my call without even knowing me and HELPED us to get a projector for us for an event we had the next day. He and his Team got us the projector which is normally extremely hard to get and was helping us through the admin with patience and care. We got the projector and we also had a technician coming and helping to set it all up and we did not have to worry about anything regarding. Yesterday I called Alex again to get help from a technician to install a newly brought Christie Roadster projector and calibrate it. He again handled a technician and at 10.00 pm in the night he literally confirmed that he had the technician ready to service us . The technician came, Seth is his name handled the calibration and gave me some good advice on how to use the remote to calibrate the projector if we need it in the future. This company is extremely service oriented, they are easy to approach, know what they are doing, their rent gears are good quality and in good shape, and technicians have great manners also, and extremely fast. I literally was blown away, and could not believe this service orientation.

SACMMERS! I called to get a quote for a portable mic and speaker ($194.04), but there are hidden fees that they do not tell you over the phone. When we got to the location my card was charged twice. Once for the original amount of $194.04 and an additional $1,940.04. I explained that I was never told about any additional money needed and when I spoke with Nico from sales and Nicole from accounting, I was told that the $1,940.04 was the deposit and it’s only a “pre-authorization” and it would fall off in a few day. LIES! They charged me the full amount of $194.04 plus the $1,940.04. Bad business all around!
