Awesome customer service and support. Extremely friendly and professional environment....even personable. It took me over a year to find the right auto repair shop that knew exactly what repairs I needed to fix my jeep. Extremely pleased with the customer service and needed repairs. I could tell the difference in the driving of my jeep as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. Love it. I was told I had the best mechanic working on my vehicle and I can surely vouch for that. My jeep drives far far better than when I took it in. We'll I guess I know where to take my vehicles in for auto repairs from hereon. I guess I got a guy (my personal mechanic) now.

David Bray and his team did a great job helping me with the purchase of new tires and an oil change on my vehicle. They were even able to match the one new tire i had purchased previously from another tire dealer when the original developed an unrepairable flat. It only took them about an hour to do the work and have my vehicle ready for pickup..! Amazing! Very pleased and will return again for any future service needs..

Went in for my oil change and alignment. I use this location for all my maintenance because they are always friendly and personable. I'm not knowledgeable about cars but they never make me feel dumb with my lack of knowledge like other places have. David was on duty today and was great! Thanks for always explaining things to me without making me feel stupid. Quick, honest, and friendly. Everything this lady needs when getting car maintenance done ☺️

Had some warranty work completed at the dealership when the sales rep came out and told me that my back brakes were in need of replacing and provided for me a very high price to do so. Being that I had recently took my vehicle to Midas in Newport KY I called up Brian to make an appointment and trusted them to give me an honest opinion and if they needed repaired. They were worn and Brian recommended that they were in fact in need of replacing. He also confirmed that the front brakes would be needed in the very near future and I asked for a quote to have all of them serviced. It was much cheaper to go ahead and service all 4 and the price was about $100 more than what the dealership had quoted for just the rear brakes. I can't say enough about the service I received as well as being friendly and professional without the pressure to buy on the spot. Brian and the crew are still awesome to work with and I would recommend Midas for all your automotive needs!

-Dave and Gary at Midas are the best! They fixed the heating and cooling system in my car, and I came back later to get my key fob sorted out. Can’t say enough good things – honest, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend! - UPDATE This past week I had my bright lights replaced, and now they’re taking care of my muffler as well. They are my go-to mechanic and truly the best in the business. Every issue I’ve had with my car has been handled quickly and professionally. They’re always patient, kind, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend them. Dave and the crew absolutely deserve a raise!

I love this Midas location. I take my car for regular oil changes and always receive great service. I took my Land Rover in for an oil change yesterday and went to pick it up just before close. I happened to have a flat tire and Brian really worked with me to get a tire ordered and get my car back up and running. Brian is always so friendly and explains everything to you and truly makes it a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back for any car issues I may have in the future.

We took my vehicle to the Midas on Alexandria Pike in Newport for front-end alignment and it was done quickly, accurately, and perfectly. We ended up needing one for a 2nd vehicle a few months later. David B worked with us, was very friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude. I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name that checked us out, but both were friendly and professional. You can tell they take real pride in their work & Midas. They deserve a shout out for not being pushy and showing they care about the vehicle, the customer, AND MIDAS. Highly recommend!
