Bill and his entire team are all exceptional. Not a single place would get me in on a busy Saturday at late notice due to a flat tire but Bill and his team were the exception, they got me in and out without complaint and friendly service on top of that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. If you’re looking for an auto shop you will not go wrong going here! The best!

I downloaded the coupon for buy two get twi free tires. Scheduled an appointment. When I went in for the appointment to get the quote for the tires it was actually the same price I paid for no coupon at a regular Firestone dealership. I asked a representative how is it by two tires and get two tires free but it's the same amount that I paid for four tires with rotation and a warranty with no deal. The representative had no explanation so I canceled the appointment ask for a printout of the estimate called up Firestone and went to Firestone and paid my regular price with no deal and it was still cheaper than their price with the buy two tires get two tires free deal coupon I was kind of sad to me because it is holiday time and you expect a coupon to be able to help you financially the place was located closer to where I actually have moved but the representative seemed as if they really want to overcharge certain types of people. Don't be taking advantage just because you think it's a coupon and it's really a regular deal get quality tires and quality service from honest people.

Ladies please be careful I’ve been taking my car to get serviced here for about 2 now for my brakes. The issue I’ve been complaining about regarding my brakes that they fixed. They by-pass it and now charging me twice the amount for their mistake on my front brakes and rotors. Very greedy and money hungry will not recommend

So the reason I’m giving this place a one star is because I came in to get service on my tire blazé skip and I get my car back and the other tire which had nothing to do with what I told the guy at the counter to work on was at a loss of air. So, I called respectfully and asked who worked on my tire because of the situation I just explained and he quickly agreed to put the person who did on the phone. The guy gets on the phone and is immediately rude because he quotes he is being courteous by checking the surrounding tires. Okay. From a human being stand point I agree almost… I say almost because it’s not considered curteous if the gesture wasn’t needed which caused me to have to go out of my way to call first of all and secondly make this rant of a review when it’s only about being curteous , but use common sense as well. Just respect someone else’s things. Don’t use your courtesy on my things. Please. Especially when it won’t make a probability of a 100 percent satisfaction.

The people here are great! We were going to Tennessee a few months ago when my vacuum pump went out, we went here and they took care of us. After a couple months it needed to be replaced, they replaced it for free, even though we were almost at the 12,000 warranty mark. Thank you so much, great customer service. I needed a wheel alignment and couldn't find anyone to get me that morning. I came to this shop short notice and got right in. Bill was very pleasant and honest! I had a nail in my tire also but he didn't try to up-sale me on any additional services which i appreciate! The service was also very quick I was in and out in an hour! I would recommend and come again.
