Prewitt Auto Repair was referred to me by a friend. I am very thankful I followed through with his referral. This was my first experience with this auto repair and they were very welcoming when I came in listen to what my concerns were. At that time they told me there were a few cars ahead of me and they said it may take them a while to scan it. By the end of the day I had received a text saying they had done their initial scan of it and that by tomorrow they would be able to tell me what I needed done and the cost. The next morning I received a text with the issue and an estimate. They completed the work that same day and I had my car back sooner than I thought. I feel their pricing was fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic and for me they’re actually in my neighborhood which makes it even better., Even if they weren’t in my neighborhood, I would drive to where they’re at. It’s very important day of a trustworthy mechanic.

Prewitt Auto Repair has the best customer service. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They scheduled an appointment that worked for me and consulted with me about cost and what needed to be fixed urgently and what had time to be considered. I would recommend them, especially my being a female. They did not try to take advantage of a lone female customer by trying to fix things that was not needed. They also do very good work.

5/5 experience every time. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. They text you to remind you when you need an oil change, confirm the appointment and even text after to be sure you were satisfied with your experience. All of the guys are very nice and knowledgeable but we mostly speak with Shane. I also feel like their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Support your locals!!!! Can’t give them enough credit!
