★★★★★ This is by far the best trailer repair shops. I brought my trailer in for service due to what I thought was just a broken belt. Well the people there are extremely knowledgeable, and honest about their work. They had pointed out the initial problem was the broken or shredded belt. However they went even further to address what caused the problem. Well it turned out that there was a bad idler pulley, and bad screw adjuster, replaced the bent long bolt, along with 2 hours of labor. All of which was done within the 2 hours, and now I'm back on the road. I have to give thanks to Nick & Junior for doing a phenomenal job. And so you know .now, the parts were genuine Thermo King parts and everything was in stock !!! If and whenever I return to Dallas, and my trailer wants to act up, then I will be bringing it back for service !!!

★★★★★ So I need to start by saying Wow!!! What an amazing experience I had here… I called on the phone with a problem with my reefer trailer. I have low refrigerant. This is a family run business. They are amazing. The owner was on my trailer within a matter of minutes. Determine the problem. Give me a couple Of directions on getting it repaired properly, but because of my time restraints, I had to do the quicker of the two today, but I will be back in a couple of weeks to get it completely repaired.. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong showed me exactly what was wrong. We put a Band-Aid on it by my choice because I had to get back on the road, but I will be back to get the job completed.!! The price was absolutely reasonable less than I thought. I was extremely impressed with everything. I will tell everybody what an amazing place trust me you need to go there any Refer needs they will take care of you.
