He ripped me off. So many people complained about this guy. He would tell you a price on the estimation thn hit with a much higher price once work is done. He almost doubled what he said at first. After I asked around I found out that so many people had the same experience. 👎👎👎

Horrible place to go they overcharge you and tell you their gonna take care of you then they charge you when they messed up the vehicle don’t ever go to this place unless you want your car ruined and get charged overpriced

Came at 1230 for a brake tag. Was told to pull into garage. I did not present documents fast enough so the owner told me he will be back in twenty minutes and to have them then.???? He said he was on lunch and he wasn’t going to wait around for me. I told him that he just lost a customer for his attitude towards me and he said that he did not care and to go somewhere else. What an awesome business model and owner! Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect and patronage. Zero stars

I have used this shop for a number of years. Jaani's has always dealt fairly with me. I have gotten a number of repairs and the staff has always been courteous, the work speedy, and the price affordable. I only regret that I no longer live in Louisiana and so cannot continue giving them my business.

Very simple shop change engine oil and change spare parts only simple and obvious. Sometimes he repairs one piece and spoils another, all costs are borne by the car owner. This happened to me. I change the engine oil at this store regularly. One day the engine oil pan screw was damaged He asked me to pay all costs This is unacceptable I recommend avoiding this shop.

By far this is one of my most favorite mechanic shops!!!! I've been coming back and forth here for years.. Very honest and dependable, affordable they don't try to price gouge you it's owned by a father and son.. I love these people every time I bring my cars here mostly foreign cars but they also work on domestic cars they always make sure I make it back home safely!!! Don't know what I would do without them

If I could give negative stars I would. I only trusted my vehicle to the dealership and the shop. Today I found out they are scam artists. If you've had work done get a second look at your parts. They are charging for new parts put replacing your parts with used refurbished parts. They don't expect you to return during the warranty period so they get away with it. I spent $1200 for repairs and got a used alternator for a new price then they tried everything to not honor the warranty because they new the part didn't come from autozone. The older gentleman is very rude and disrespectful telling me to stop talking when he is talking and shut up so I can listen to him.When I said I was going to notify the proper authorities on there shimmy practices he told me call who I want do whatever he didn't care. I brought in my alternator to have them honor the warranty. I was told a new one would be there in 45mins. I stepped away and when I returned I was told they wasn't doing anything my alternator was from a junk yard it had blue spots on it. There was no spots when I dropped it in and it had been looked at by the older gentleman and the guy behind the desk. Shimmy practices and when I had a VERY BIG PROBLEM with what they did they called the police on me.STAY AWAY BEWARE, CHECK YOUR PARTS TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NEW PARTS AND HOLD ON TO ANY AND ALL RECEPTS FROM THEM. GRIMMY AND SHADY PRACTICES. I have to apologize to friends I refered there because I lived by the dealership or this shop working on my car. Lesson learned. Dealership ONLY!! For me

Worst shop in Jefferson Parish. I was charged for some spark plugs they didn’t even change. I went to another shop after and watched them pull the plugs out. I was told was pulled already. They have a nasty attitude problem and I wouldn’t send anyone to them… ever

Experience with this shop was terrible. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought my Tahoe truck over there for oil leak fix and air-conditioning fixing. They charged me $1317 for the oil leak fix so I told them to fix the air conditioner. He told me the new total is $2147. I took the truck from over there and the AC went back out the next day. I went back over there. He tells me it’s the AC control system. I tell him I’m not a Car Mechanic. I just want my AC working properly. That’s what I paid for. He tells me he’s gonna fix it this way a story gets interesting. He goes to get the AC control unit out of a junkyard and put it in the truck that AC unit goes out. I go back again and tell him it went out. He tells me to bring the truck to a dealership. There’s nothing else he can do. I tell him why would I go to a dealership when I paid you? He refused to take my truck back and fix the problem I am about to take him to civil court.

The guys that helped me were attentive and had good attitudes. GT and CJ were their names. Very professional and followed through with getting me in and out. I went in to get my tires changed bc they were getting bald & a wheel alignment the price was a little higher than what I've paid at another place but they educated me on how they are different from that other place. I can tell those guys are getting trained and they work so well as a team
