If you need dash cams or anything related to after-market installations. Go here. Clean work and it works afterwards. We had issues with our dash cam and the original company installing it couldn't figure out what was going on. So we went here and now it's working like a charm.

They didn't carry the parts needed for my car, so they had to order them. I dropped it off 11am to have 4 door speakers, headunit, and subwoofer/amp put in and picked it up around 6:30 the same day. The faceplate around the headunit was poorly fit, and they screwed the amp into the rear seat on the back side, kind of odd, but manageable. They had a lot of work to do in one day for the amount of people they had on hand, so I feel like they rushed it a little bit, which is understandable. That being said, everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly, no problems with customer service whatsoever. Took my car back after 3 weeks to get a tune done on the amp. The tech working on it blew one of my speakers lol. Everything was under warranty so he fixed it for free right after.

WORST service I have ever received. They replaced my radio and did it WRONG, the radio would not shut off and I had to replace my battery TWICE. I took it to them to fix, they said they fixed it, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK. I call them to make ANOTHER appointment for them to fix what they broke and they have the nerve to tell me they cannot fit me into their schedule until NEXT WEEK. So now I am completely without a vehicle because I have yet again ANOTHER dead battery, and they do not care to make this a priority and fix it immediately.

Just want to say how disappointed i am i always come here and just flat out disappointed came here they installed everything had to come back up they’re because the speaker we’re making a noise mind you i live an hour and 40 minutes out so came back up here they they fixed the speaker Mind you I had to come back up here again drive another an hour and 40 minutes because the amp started smoking mind they said everything was good now and again i had to come back up here and because the speakers went out and really wish i could just get my money back but no they rather give store credit why would i want another install if they can’t just get me right so i came up here they said they didn’t have the speaker in stock so they called me i left work to come get it fixed now they said they’re booked up on Saturday but it’s just bs because they rather do other work then fix something they installed I brought 2 vehicles up here in the past but theses last two times Ive been disappointed..

Horrible job on my Jeep! Said I could have my expensive harness back with my original stereo and then supposedly lost it. System was not put in right and overly shoved in way too far. Had to fix that myself. I was told it would only take a couple of hours while my Jeep was in their bay before it would be ready. Instead it took a full 6 hours while I waited on their floor. There weren't any chairs available. I was told the guy was working on my Jeep was also working on another vehicle simultaneously. Not cool! Definitely not returning or recommending!

Window tint job was ok until the bubbles on a back driver side window never away. Called told me to go by so I did. Customer service skills lack I’ve gotten better service from teenagers at McDonald’s. Never once thought to tell the customer the window tint installer had stepped out. I ended up leaving after being ignored by everyone. Called and only want me to come by in the morning when it’s more feasible for them, not me since I’m not taking a day from work for this. So much for Warranty when I have to plan around their schedule for not doing the job right the first time. Sure had no issues charging me though.

Had some speakers installed on wife’s car. Guy said I could get right in. It would only take like 40 min. Walked to lunch came back still not ready. Took 2 hours to install a simple set of door speakers. Price and quality of merchandise was good. Maybe I will self install next time.

I find it hard to believe that anyone has had a bad experience here. My family and I have used them multiple times throughout the years, and have ALWAYS had amazing customer service, perfect installation, and great quality of care given to our cars! Every person I spoke to at the store seemed to take pride in providing exception service. Best in Waco!!

It has been years since I installed a stereo. I pulled out my stock head unit and knew it was well beyond my abilities. I had taken my car in to have the new head unit installed at another local establishment but once they were done the system didn't sound right. Only two speakers were working, it seemed impossible to balance them and I had no bass, overall the system sounded horrible. They told me it was because of the stock amp. I took it to Jack's, they diagnosed and fixed what the other installation business had messed up. I am extremely happy with Jack's work and highly recommend them! Everybody at Jack's was very helpful and their work is excellent! In the future, Jack's will be my first stop.

This place is a joke and the people that call themselves techs are incredibly incompetent. I wouldn’t get any work done here at all and save your money for a shop with people with actual knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems and fix them. They are a sorry excuse for a business. Stay away as they are completely unprofessional amateurs that I wouldn’t let change my tire. Completely a waste of my time and money.

I was told to stay away from this place so I thought I was taking a risk going here, but since Kenny P's is no longer in service I really didn't know where to go. So I went ahead and came here. Honestly I'm glad I did. I would say their prices are a little higher than other places but I came in with no appointment and they got me right in. Helped me with everything that I asked for and got me everything I needed. I got all door speakers replaced line out convertor put in with a sub in the back. The car is brand new so I didn't want anything going wrong. They got everything done I'd say pretty quick. Everything was done perfect and sounds great. Can't say I had a bad experience. I'd recommend them. That's literally what I'm doing right now.

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. Charged double the price of the competition for a simple dash cam installation, and I ended up having to bring the vehicle back multiple times for them to fix various issues.

I don’t know what happened to my truck. All I wanted was an alarm with all the security guards installed. But was I got was damaged front bumper and the sensors on my new truck. I have been using them for 35 years and Never had any issues until this time.

I brought my truck in for an amp diagnostic and tuning. Unfortunately, the adjustments made were not done correctly. The gain on my sub amp was turned all the way up, the bass boost was nearly maxed out, and the subwoofer level on my head unit was raised to 10. No proper tuning process involves maxing out these settings, and doing so caused my amps to overheat and produced a burning smell inside my truck. I requested a refund for the diagnostic since the settings were not professionally done and created new problems. The shop declined and stated that this was “normal” tuning. I fully understand that mistakes happen, but accountability is important, especially when a service leads to equipment damage. This review isn’t to attack the business, but to inform others. If you take your vehicle here, I would recommend double-checking all amplifier settings to make sure they are within safe, manufacturer-recommended limits. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and improves their tuning process going forward.
