Would not recommend. You can see the poor bodywork/ filler right through the thin paint and clear coat after just a few weeks. I guarantee you it will look worse as time goes on. I really wish I would have chosen somewhere else to have the work done. And I am not even getting into half of it. How they had to wet sand the paint because the orange peel is so bad or how they left out my tail light bulbs or how my window trim wasn't installed or how the paint mismatch was terrible.

I’m impressed how good my car looks. Very professional from start to finish. Only thing upsetting is they couldn’t put the grill I had back but other that that I’m very happy thanks for taking care of my baby lol

One of the most stressful experience ever, they just didn’t take forever to start the job, installed cheap Chinese parts UNTIL we noticed then they bought original parts, dents that wasn’t there before here and there, painted the car with a different color, not just once but twice!, also painting parts they shouldn’t to “trick the eye” making the problem bigger, and damaging different other surrounding parts each time. After trying to get a solution, explanations was “it is the same color”, black is black” and “it is what we can do” (to mention some), car is brand new and in theory it should be made at “industry standard” meaning the car should looks exactly as it was, brand new, unfortunately insurance forced us to take this body shop, otherwise we won’t as other reviewers speaks about the exact same issues they did to my car.

While driving home late one night, I sadly collided with a deer. As a result, my vehicle's entire front end was severely damaged. Couldn't even open the hood. So we took my car to Jackson's Body Shop in Clarksville, Tennessee. I was shaken up by the incident, but they were very comforting and assuring that they'd be able to fix it. The results were outstanding! They did an absolutely AMAZING job! There is NO sign of any of the damage left. It looks like nothing ever happened! MY CAR LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW VEHICLE!!! They finished the work when estimated. They did an INCREDIBLE job!! I am very well pleased with their service! I highly recommend Jackson's Body Shop! 👍👍👍👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They did an amazing job on my 2014 Camaro. Someone hit my fender while I was at work and crumbled it, they got it back to looking brand new! From all the previous shops and dealerships I’ve been to, this one was the ONLY one that actually kept me updated during the entire process. It makes me happy that I don’t have more damage to my car, as I’ve experienced that from a Clarksville Chevrolet dealership before. I’m very satisfied with everything they did for me! The only thing I can criticize is that my tire pressure sensor just stopped working when I drove my car home from here. That’s a very easy fix though that doesn’t bother me! I have officially found a body/repair shop in Clarksville that I can put my full trust into, and I am thankful for that! I was so worried I’d need to go to Nashville for all my work I need done, but I don’t need to anymore! Thank you once again for the amazing customer service and beautiful work you’ve done! You will be having my business and my car friend’s business as well whenever needed!

Someone hit a deer into my poor car, destroying the front bumper, some components behind it, tearing off a couple liners, and bending my control arm. It was my first time dealing with insurance and a body shop. Daniel did an excellent job of keeping me updated. The staff was very professional and patient with my concerns. They addressed the bent control arm which was initially stated to be ok and even found a random sticker that was causing a strange but scary creaking/running noise. Im very satisfied with Jackson's body shop and my car looks good as new.

Took my Nissan Pathfinder to be repaired by Jackson’s Body shop after l was hit in the front of my vehicle damaged on the right side hood bumper headlights they did a terrible job had to take my vehicle back 3 times to have it fixed and after the 3rd time I had to take it to another shop. After I picked it up and drove it the next day my bumper hood had gaps this happened 3 times. One thing I made sure I did was to document each time I dropped my vehicle off with videos and pictures these happened within 24hrs of being fixed
