Fraud: Just got gasoline from this place. My credit card is charged but there is no gas in my car. I requested a refund, but the team here is adamant on not giving it back. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Just noticed there are other reviews that have complained about not getting gas after paying for it. Be careful.

I went in to get my rear windshield wiper repaired. I expected to pay about $250 thinking the motor needed replaced. I came back ro pick up my car and they told me I owed them $40. I thought it was a mistake and asked them to double check. Sure enough, it wasn't a bad motor and only required a half hour of labor. I love being able to know I can trust my mechanic!

These guys are cool. Got my van fixed here a couple of times. They're an honest company. Got my van back with a little problem and they fixed it for free instead charging me another arm and leg cuz they realized it was their fault. So that was nice. Turn around is fairly quick.

Jake’s guys are awesome. I had an oil change and emissions done on my car and I was in and out in around an hour. Without asking, these guys did an inspection of everything else on my car and gave me a report showing levels of concern for each issue. Definitely will go back. Keep up the good work.

I won’t be using this place again! I went for an oil change on 1/13 and had a full inspection done where they checked my tires as well. I got it back that my tires were fine, no leaks good pressure on all 4. I drive out of state the next day 1/14 and 2 hours in I notice my rear tire is low. I had to stop 4 times during my trip to keep adding air in my tire before I made it to my destination and was able to have it serviced.There was a leak and my tire split! I had to have it patched. I don’t understand how they passed me for my inspection and this happened not even 12 hours later. I had children in my car as well I can only imagine if my tire blew and we got into an accident! Very poor quality inspection, and I will never come back there for ANYTHING. I wish I could give 0 stars I am very unsatisfied with their service

Wow what an awesome place They were close to my house so I thought i'd give them a try definitely i was not disappointed. My car was making a noise so I took it over. Shane looked at it called me up with an estimate Made the repairs. When I went to pick up the car it came in under the quoted price and I was so shocked That they were honest enough to give me the discount And the service was great. You guys have just made a customer for life thank you so very much It is so nice to find An honest mechanic !!! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place.

I have been taking my cars to Jakes's for years now. I know they will do honest work and get me on my way. Shout out to the team there for keeping my car on the road safely. I don't know anyone that likes to have car repair bills. But when I need a repair it's nice to have a decent place to go to. I do my emissions here too!

I have never left a review because I feel like they are often unfair or customers being entitled, but I have to. I brought my car in because it shakes, including steering wheel, when I break and my A/C blows hot air. Also needed oil change. I was told it sounded like the brake rotors needed to be replaced. They called and said the A/C diagnostic was $110. Gave the go ahead and my car was ready the next day. Paid $944 in total for A/C diagnostic and work, replaced tire rod and control arm bushing. When I got dropped off to my car the A/C still blew out hot air. Was told that they never ran diagnostic because a valve hissed when they opened it and assumed that was the problem. Was told the diagnostic fee would be credited back....I was frustrated that nobody took the 5 seconds needed to see if the air was cold, but I was nice and left the car for an additional day. I picked my car up the next day and the A/C worked. Once I drove my car on the freeway and needed to brake, the car was shaking really bad still. A bit less but still very concerning. They never even looked at the rotors or made sure the issue was fixed. I understand that it is quite possible the work done needed to be done, but the REASONS I brought my car in were ignored. I feel like I paid $944 for an A/C fuse and a oil change. I still need to get the shaking repaired, but will not be using this place again.

I do believe at this point over a 3 yr + relationship as a loyal customer I would like to think that the fine staff at Jake’s looks back at me thinking as a honest , professional who doesn’t have hidden agendas. This of course being both Shane and Jake Jr. Fair prices and great location along with a variety of other factors besides brakes and oil changes. I always feel welcome and have recenty began word of mouth when they come through at an exciting price. I would recommend every other then a engine poss or transmission.. even though bet, they capable!
