The Amazing staff here Russell, Thian and the collision team were phenomenal. This goes out to James Auto Center as well. Dru, Tony and the rest of the repair team. What an amazing shop and great team, that are honest and not out to get you as some other shops around. I was on a weekend getaway when someone backed into me and put a hole in my front bumper. A friend of mine recommended this shop. I contacted them and took my vehicle in for an estimate for repair. They are very fair with pricing. I was headed on vacation, and dropped my car off for them to complete the work. During the repair they found something else minor that needed to be done. They contacted me immediately to explain what other damaged needed to be repaired and ask for approval to move forward. I agreed. I knew I was in good hands at this point. They are upfront, honest, professional and timely. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was amazed on the awesome job they did! If your in need of body work done, I HIGHLY recommend James Auto Collision, I would definitely do business with them again and again!
