I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I was Wrong. I thought I was buying a transmission that had been checked by a certified mechanic. I was Wrong The transmission lasted 34 days and before you ask, “Did you get the warranty?” Yes. Yes I did. However, the warranty starts the day transmission was delivered. It took me a couple days to remove old and install new. I only made a couple trips and the truck started smoking like crazy. I contacted warranty department and I am 4 days over the warranty. Not only will they not help me out, I am still paying for the transmission! I went with this company because of reviews and BBB. (I’ll be headed there next)Hopefully, someone else doesn’t buy a part that has issues, and they are made to believe a certified mechanic has done inspection thoroughly.

I ordered a transmission from Jask Auto Parts, and unfortunately, after installation, it was not working properly. I contacted them for a replacement, and they identified that the pump was faulty. They initiated a refund for the pump. I would like to appreciate Logan from the resolution team for helping me through this process and working toward a solution.

I was skeptical at 1st due to low price (as I normally am), but I was in desperate need for a transmission and just went for it and bought it fearing I might be scammed or something, but at the end I WAS NOT SCAMMED AT ALL! They were LEGIT are TRUE to their word and the transmission I recieved was BETTER than what I imagined for a used transmission. It was smooth as NEW!!! I highly recommend and would go back again for any future needs! Very Satisfied Customer!!!

My son bought a tranny supposed to have 80,000 miles on received tranny after 3 weeks of waiting broken Bell housing and tag says 162,000 miles call everyday and Indian guy just keeps saying supervisor will call next day. Been calling for about 2 weeks without a response or resolution. Tranny in picture was different then one sent. Update after leaving review partial refund has been received still waiting on the rest. They have asked us to junk transmission and take down this review. One guy said they painted the transmission that's why it was different then the approval picture sent. I question how you paint rust color and get factory stickers back on perfectly? Never received a call until leaving this review. Buyer beware! Update. Full refund was received. What a hassle and terrible customer service! It took leaving this review to resolve anything!

I received my engine in a very timely manner. It was exactly what I ordered and was the one in the picture I received before shipping. Thank you so much! Update- My mechanic said this is the nicest engine he's seen coming from online purchase. It's installed and runs great. Jask will be my first call everytime. Update- Logan called just checking to see how my engine is running and I have to say it's been a great buy. The costumer service is the best!

Jask Customer Service is instantly responsive, pleasant and helpful. The process should be good, as they offer photos of the part for your approval before they ship (see first photo). HOWEVER, I received the engine in the photo, but in a rusted-out condition (see 2nd & 3rd photo) as if it had spent seasons outdoors after the photo was snapped. BE SURE to request same-day and time-stamped photos from all angles. Our mechanic would not install the engine from Jask, and upon return, I was charged the restock fee and shipping mentioned on the website, and ALSO the original shipping, not mentioned on the website. This learning experience cost me $1376 and I ended up selling my broken vehicle. Save yourself an expensive lesson and ask all the questions.

i would never order anything from this place . they sold me a faulty motor that never ran .this is after they said they did a full inspection and it was ready to go . they made me send it a professional shop to have it installed and now that we found out it didn’t run they said i have 14 days to have it installed. Mind you i wasn’t never informed of that . let alone trying to find a professional shop that will drop everything to get you first in line . (cam gears are bad in an interference motor It could’ve never been running with the cam gears, looking like that zero compression in the motor ) EDIT: they told me that im 11days removed from my warranty from the day i ordered it which i never heard of warranty started the day you place the order. which it took them 8 days for them to even get me photos of the motor and 18 days for me to received the motor . which would put me before the warranty . first it was it had to be put in 14 days now’ it’s your warranty is 11 days over . from july 27th the day i received the engine to october 18th the day i informed them the motor is junk is 83 days . the proof is in the pudding . check down below
