Man!! JBA gave me an absolutely stellar service, I needed a part asap to fix my ride RIGHT before our big vacation, and they were kind enough to get it to me asap when I needed it most. Part fit right up no modding necessary, and works like a dream! I highly recommend these guys to take care of you.

Took my corvette into this shop for a check engine light. They charged me 440 dollars for an engine diagnostic, which is just ridiculous. They fixed the minor issue with my corvette which was cleaning the mac sensor and air intake. I also told them that there was a weird gassy smell coming from the car, and they said they didn’t smell it despite going on “3 lengthy drives”. I smelt it within 5 minutes of getting my car back, so that issue was completely ignored. Also, when I got the car back, the inside was insanely dirty, which I did not appreciate. My traction control was also turned off. What am I supposed to think when I return to my car and my traction control has been turned off? I have never turned it off, and they have the audacity to turn it off and god knows how they drove that car. Last time I checked you don’t need to turn off traction control to test the engine of a car. I would not recommend doing business with these guys. They were nice but that’s about it.

I cannot emphasize enough how awful my experience was with this shop. Don't be fooled by the cars out front; most of them belong to disgruntled customers like me. Let me provide some specific details to show that this review is genuine. First, I scheduled an appointment for my hot rod and was met by Craig, a bewildered customer service agent. Despite having paid for all the necessary parts two weeks earlier, I was told to come back in a month when they had everything ready. So, I returned as instructed, but two weeks later, I found my car sitting outside in the rain, untouched. No work had been done! When I expressed my frustration to Craig, all I received were shrugged shoulders and a string of lies. I reluctantly gave them another chance and waited for two more weeks. When I finally picked up my car, I was appalled. The new transmission they installed made a lot of noise, the gas line had been cut, the brake switch was broken, and they had managed to crack three lug bolts while tightening the lugs excessively, seemingly out of anger due to my impatience. It became evident that they couldn't stand customers like me who held them accountable for their lies, shoddy work, and terrible communication. I strongly advise you to seek out another shop for your automotive needs."

In today's modern society/culture it's very hard to find great people that put genuine pride into their work. I had an issue with my brand new '24 C8 Z06, and the dealership where I purchased the car was lying to me regarding a solution. I spent over a week trying to get it resolved. Instead of helping me, they were lazy, incompetent, & making things way too complicated. And of course, trying to scam me out of more $ which was completely unnecessary (and very expensive). I was referred over to JBA Speed Shop, this place helped me out immediately with no headaches & no hassles. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake! They even gave my family a tour of their incredible shop, truly making us feel like part of their family. They had my problem resolved within 30 minutes and I was back on the road! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shout out to Kyle!

I had a long running EFI problem with my 1970 Chevelle that's frustrated me for a few years. I've also never paid a shop to work on this car but I decided to have the professionals at JBA take a shot at it. I REALLY want to thank Ryan and Austin (and the gentleman who did some of the tuning whose name I didnt get) for the above and beyond customer service and communication. Even after I got my car home, Austin reached out to make sure everything went smooth. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for future maintenance and upgrades.

After buying some tires for my jeep and having them mounted and balanced, I noticed there was a slight vibration through the acceleration process, so I took my jeep to these guys and sure enough they were not balanced correctly. They corrected the problem with some really nice testing equipment and no more shimmy. Great experience and good price. Would highly recommend and will return with my other vehicle to have it checked.

This review has been long overdue. Back in late August of 2020 I brought my Mustang GT in to JBA Speed Shop to get an issue diagnosed that was clutch related. When shifting at high RPM's the clutch pedal would sometimes stick, this would not happen every time. They ended up not being able to replicate the issue, and recommended the clutch fluid be changed. On my car the clutch and brakes share the same fluid. When bleeding the brakes the tech got brake fluid on the caliper which caused damage to the caliper paint. This was attributed to the previous owner repainting the caliper's improperly. I was not mad about it since they said they would take care of it. They had told me to test drive the car over the weekend first. A month and a half had passed after picking up my car and my caliper was still not fixed. In between that time every phone call I would make was met with excuses, and was told multiple times by Dave that I would get a phone call "tomorrow". I did not receive a single phone call in that time. I finally decided to drive my car down to the shop unannounced and told them I needed my car fixed. I was livid at this point. They finally started getting thing's going once I dropped my car off. This experience was very disappointing due to the fact that they did not show any eagerness to make thing's right. Had I not brought my car to them and stopped calling i'm positive that they would have conveniently forgotten about the whole issue, and would have been more than happy to get away without fixing anything. I will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Have been coming here for years and they are by FAR the best hot rod shop for old and late model performance. I trust their recommendations and work above all else. I have since moved to Arizona and will continue to have anything I can drop shipped from them because I know I can trust them. With Jegs, Summit, etc you don’t get expert opinions. The prices aren’t any higher but you can save a LOT of money and headache buying the right parts the first time. Have been working on a 71 Nova and they have been instrumental in getting it going again. Specifically love working with Ethan, he is a master machinist and cannot recommend his work highly enough. The culture here is special. When you buy from them, you become family. That’s what hot rod shops are about.

JBA Speed Shop did an outstanding job in fabricating a custom hydraulic parking brake lock switch on my 1965 Ford Mustang. The reason why I had this mod done was because the 9 inch Lincoln Versailles disc brake conversion does not have a reliable parking brake cable system. For decades, my car has been struggling with this feature, and there are other options, but this one proved to be the most reliable. Not only did they do a good job in fabricating and installing the hydraulic lock switch, I also asked them to replace my aging rubber brake lines with stainless flex, added a Willwood proportioning valve and flushed both my brake system, and my hydraulic slave clutch system all at a very fair price point, especially considering the expert work that was put into it. The end result was very impressive! A very clean installation and a more reliable brake system. With just replacing the brake lines with stainless flex, the installation of a proportioning valve and fine-tuning it, made a pretty significant difference in stopping distance using my existing Kelsey Hayes four piston calipers up front, and single piston Lincoln Versailles calipers in the rear with OEM rotors and pads. Hats off to Scott, Brandon, Paul, and the man himself, J. Bittle for running such a professional, knowledgeable and brilliant staff and top tier customer service!

Brought in my 1967 Mustang for a bunch of work, 4-link rear end, transmission, wheels and tiers, EFI system and more over the last year. All done very professionally with only minor complaints and they worked with me on those. Their cars and coffee is fun, their race cars impressive, and they've made numerous upgrades on my daily driver. Great shop!
