My wife and I bought a 2013 gmc terrain from this shady company got scammed brought concerns they brushed it off was disrespectful got mad because we didn’t take it and told them something put false documentation in records that is false had some old man that works there do an oil change and then we had some foamy stuff show up where u put the oil they made an excuse always wanted our vehicle there but could work with our schedule knowing we worked 6 days a week and could provide a loaner when asked! They was all rude! Now still dealing with issues and they have returned phone calls or emails Ryan ignores emails and won’t return calls when messages are left! I’m taking this further and as far as I need to! I be damned if a company will put false documentation on papers and try to screw my wife and I! Do not do business with this company they will screw you if they have the chance buyer beware run run run!!!!!! I regret this place with everything in me

Stop here first ! I had a great experience with Paul. Never felt pressured. I was a first time buyer. He worked with me to keep the payments down to where I wanted them. Always felt like he was on my side with the deal. All of the staff I interacted with during the process were kind and had a good sense of humor. Would highly recommend making this your first stop. Justin completely shattered the “pushy car salesman” stereotype. He was upfront, patient, and actually made buying a car enjoyable. He listened carefully to what I wanted, worked with my budget, and never tried to pressure me. Even after the sale, he went above and beyond—helping me troubleshoot a dead battery while camping with his family. Josh in service was just as amazing. He replaced a backup camera and my battery quickly, answered all my questions, set up my Sirius radio, and explained my warranty thoroughly. If you’re nervous about buying or servicing a car, ask for Justin and Josh. Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had!

Shop here first! I do not have enough nice things to say about Jennifer’s. After my previous experience at a used car dealership on division called Grand Auto Sales about two years ago, I was nervous to shop again. After my car broke down and I didn’t know what to do, my mechanic recommended this place and wow am I happy he did. Narrowed down a car I liked, and because of my previous learning, I wanted to take it in to have my guy take a look at it before purchase, which they had no problem with me doing. Came back with a good report and only a couple of maintenance things that were due, which they took care of for me! I will absolutely be back to have my car serviced for all of my needs and I highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to shop at Jennifer’s. Love my 2019 Kia Optima!

Purchased a 2018 Audi A4 Allroad on 6/7/23 Vehicles should come with a full tank of gas or a $60 gift card. Also wish my car was clean when I looked at it. When I got the car home and gave it a good wash. I could definitely see the paint wasn’t as nice as It looked under a coat of dust in their lot. Going to be expensive fixing all the spots somebody tried to fix themselves. Other than that everything was perfect 10/10. They worked with me to get a vehicle I LOVE. Their fiancé guy got me a better loan than other bigger dealerships. I wish I was alone for the test ride but I had a worse ride along at the Audi dealership. For some people buying a new/ used vehicle is very overwhelming so it’s hard to ask for simple things like. VEHICLES SHOULD HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS and should be cleaned or offered to be washed before you drive off the lot. So overall 8/10

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things. Especially needing to find a reliable fairly priced used car quickly. I remember seeing Jennifer's lot last winter & took a chance. I was looking for a Nissan Rogue & Jennifer's website listed 6. My online inquiry was responded to very quickly by Justin. I'm not easy to please but Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & couldn't have been kinder. The next business day I arrived to check out the Nissans. I was assisted by Gerry who was amazing, a description he definitely earned. Within a couple hours i had checked out all the Nissan Rogues & one Nissan Kicks. I chose my Rogue & Ryan, the finance manager took it from there. Ryan definitely knows his business & had my financing quickly approved with a great rate. I can't say enough positives about Justin, Gerry, Ryan & the nice office lady. Jennifer's team made me feel valued and turned a scary situation into a simple, painless & even fun experience. Worked tirelessly to get me approved the salesman Jordan was so kind and responsive answered every text I sent him and every question promptly, my check engine light came on shortly after and they took care of it immediately without issue! They had to make some adjustments to make it work without telling too much info they worked with me and my down payment and made it work!!! I’m so so thankful and will refer them to anyone and everyone looking to buy a vehicle! They don’t have crap vehicles they have a great service dept and an awesome boss who is also so kind! I waited a few hours for my car to be looked at and every person was so kind and helpful and friendly!!! If you have a bumpy past and need a second chance this is the place to go for sure!!!
