I usually don't post about my experiences, but Jerry's deserve it. I took my truck (2019 Ford F150) to a competitor's shop for an tire rotation. I asked them to look at my brakes because the pedal felt soft. Long story short, they told me I needed new rear pads and my rotors needed to be replaced because they were beyond specs for resurfacing them. I found that hard to believe since it was only a 3 1/2 year old truck. I decided to take it to Jerry's and told them what I had been told by the competitor's. They called me back a few hours later and told me the rotors were fine and pads just needed to be changed. I have to say I was so blown away with their honesty and the staff's professionalism. They have now earned my families business for life. If you are looking for a honest shop, please give them a call.

First thing, I'm new to the Corona area and had no clue on who to trust for vehicle repairs. I found them on google maps and called them for a morning appointment next day. My plumbing work trucks brakes where starting to grind and at weighing 8000 pounds that can be very dangerous on this congested freeways. They got me right in and diagnosed the issues quickly. I sressed to them I had early afternoon appointments to get to and needed to get this truck back on the road. Very fair price and I gave them the go to proceed with the work. I waiting in front office for work to be completed. Guys in front office very friendly and treated everyone coming in great. I met the owner Larry and could see why his employees are great! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I highly recommend this company for service to your vehicle. Thanks again to all the guys at Jerry's brake and tire pros. Well need to update. Took my yukon in for oil change and tire rotation. This is the 5th service they have done to this vehicle. 3 oil changes and a fuel pump. This was the 1st time I was recommended brakes. 2 days later the brakes started to grind and needed a new rotor now. The day the service was done there was another guy in the complaining that 2 days after his brakes were done they were grinding, kinda weird coincidence. I called and then went to shop to speak with Sergio, his answer was " we told to you needed brakes" yea. Not that they were gone and needed that day. Why wasn't this recommended at any other service. I'm sure they could see there was no brake pad there. Was told I could talk to the owner, but he isn't in this week and Sergio told me he would have him call me for sure when he gets back to work next Wednesday, 5 days later and no call. It's sad. Thought I found a good small shop that seemed like they cared. Glad nothing bad came from having grinding brakes when my wife and kids were in the car. And for some reason the price went up over $30. When I asked Sergio. I was told the last guy was giving me a deal. Said he could give me a $10 discount next time. Well sorry Jerry's brake and tire. You lost my business and my good recommendations are gone. Hopefully nobody else has this experience there. But always ask extra questions about work that they say is done.

I was recommended to come here by a co-worker, and I am so happy that I did! I had an issue with my front brakes and Jerry's got me in same day I called and fixed my issue AND took preventative measures with my back brakes to make sure all 4 would be running smoothly and last for as many miles as possible. I work about a mile away from the shop, and they have their own shuttle services which is absolutely the best! Without this service, I don't even know when I'd be able to come in because I work during the day. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was professional, but yet so very friendly. I saw a lot of smiles and they honestly cared about my personal life, not just why my car needs serviced. Whenever I need work done on my car again, I will definitely be coming back!

I had a 5-star experience at Jerry’s. My ‘66 Mustang needed a serious alignment. both front wheels were Toe-In’d. Sergio (front office) was very courteous, honest and transparent. Luis, the technician - a true artist. It took him 3 hours to get Heel-Toe centered. They did not ask any extra $$. They handled the car with utmost care. I am super happy. They do all kinds of car services. Brakes, Tires or any complex problems - give them a try. you wont be disappointed.
