This hidden little gem was a great find for me. Everyone else said no or was way overpriced for a battery for my Maserati. Yogi quickly got a price. Had it there in two hours and installed it in under an hour. Im sure that's not the norm but I very much appreciated the help. And all of that was priced 600 less than the dealer quoted. I had a really good experience at Precision Import Auto Repair. I brought in my son’s 2006 IS250, and from the first call they were friendly, straight-up, and didn’t make me feel rushed or talked down to. Highly recommend this shop!! I recently got quoted a ridiculous amount from the dealership to replace my bmw's valve cover so I decided to look around and found Precision Import Auto Repair. Precision Import Auto Repair is a great shop! I was having a lot issues with my 2008 BMW 3 series where it would randomly stall as I drove over bumps or turns. I normally work on my car myself, but I couldn't figure out the issue and decided to bring it to Precision Import. Within a day they successfully diagnosed and fixed the issue. Turned out to just be a loose engine electrical ground. These guys are really knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. They were very transparent and honest about their pricing and diagnoses and did not try to overcharge me. I was fearing the issue to be something much bigger but their honesty about this simple repair is very appreciated and I highly recommend them.

The team at Precision Import Auto took on my 2005 Audi Allroad 4.2L engine replacement / timing chains (probably one of the toughest jobs out there) and they pulled it off. So far, I’m really happy with the results. They’re very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly and professionally. All parts and labor came with a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. What stood out even more is that I had received a quote from them for a similar job back in 2017, and the quote I got in 2025 was almost the same. That tells me they’re consistent, experienced, and truly know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs.

I recently took my Jaguar F-Type S to Precision Import Auto Repair under my extended warranty, and so far my experience has been excellent. Yogi is the one assisting me, and he has been nothing short of outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable about the car, communicates clearly, and above all, comes across as an honest mechanic—which is rare to find. From the start, Yogi was transparent about the issues that needed attention and carefully walked me through what would take place during the diagnostic and repair process. I also really appreciate how he gives me a heads-up about any potential costs before moving forward. On top of that, he’s been handling the claims directly with the extended warranty company, which has made the process much less stressful on my end. So far, so good! If there’s an option to give 6 stars, I will smash that option. My 11-year-old E class is at an age that it refuses to quit, but could be fragile at times, especially in the rain. The rain last week was pretty bad, and was enough to short my ignition coil, that is deep in the engine bay enough to have Firestone refuse to work on the car, and blame it on me ‘for the modification the owner has made’, despite the only ‘modification’ I made is a K&N engine air filter. Desperately in need to get the car back on road, I contacted Terry and had AAA tow in the car. I was able to identify the blown fuse, which Terry and team quickly identified that it was a shorted coil on driver side, just within hours after the car is towed in. In terms of electrical stuff, German cars are very very hard to diagnose. To me, it’s a miracle to diagnose and turn around the result within hours, let alone the effective communication by Terry. The repair went very smoothly, and Terry would keep me updated on the progress everyday. They even identified 4 leaking camshaft position sensors along the way when they replaced the wiring harness to future proof the engine. The repair took 4 days, but considering the work involved, this is as quick as I could imagine. On the Friday when the car was ready, I was out of town, but I do need the car over the weekend. Terry and team were kind enough to accommodate my needs, and were able to drop my car off at my place, which is, again, out of my expectation. On the day when the car was towed in, Terry said they never compared themselves to other independent shops. They compare themselves to the dealership. I’d say the dealerships should compare themselves to Precision. I’m not even paid to say this. I will definitely recommend anyone to work with Precision on their loved cars. You car will be in great hands.
