ALWAYS CALL FIRST. You can always tell how people are by the phone. I called if they have service for shocks but the person who answered said that she doesn't understand me and doesn't know what im talking about and hung up. Not professional and lack of respect.

This place is definitely the place to go to for repairs. I have driven past this place for years and hadn't paid attention, until last Saturday when my Water Pump went out on my van. I called around and got several ridiculous quotes, but not from this place. The best part is: My tow truck arrived an hour late to pick up my car and take it to them. They were supposed to close at 3pm on Saturday, but they waited until my van got there (at 4:30pm) before closing. Excellent service! Thank you.

I have known Alex and Andrea, the owners of this shop for over 20 years, they are great friends and honest people. This is a one man shop, Alex does all of the diagnosis and repairs himself. His hourly labor rate is well below the industry average and he doesn't jack up the price on parts which means you get a great repair job at a very reasonable price! Tell him Dave sent you!

Remarkable mechanic! They are very honest, extremely helpful, thorough, fast and hard working. I recently bought a 2004 BMW X5 and needed to get a tune up to see if there was anything wrong with the car. On my to another shop my tire blew out and I happened to just pull over into his shop. I asked if you could help me change my tire and he just stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately so I decided to have him work on my car rather than the other shop and I'm so happy that I did honestly. I arrived at a shop at probably about 3:00 p.m expecting because it'd be so late in the day that I would have to pick up my car in the morning. He asked when I wanted it done by which I said the sooner the better. he began diagnosis of what I needed fixed on my car. In the end my car needed to have the belt, my spark plugs, oil filter and oil changed, but he also told me that down the line I was going to I need a few more things fixed on my car. I was astounded to get a call at about 6:30 telling me my car was done. They close at 5:00 so I wasn't expecting them to work past normal hours but he stay behind to finish my car for me. I commute between Orange county LA and Riverside everyday and to not have to wait another day to have my car back was like a godsend during covid-19. Their shop is like a hidden gem honestly. I'm so happy that I chose to have him work on my car because he's also very inexpensive. So I suggest to anyone if you need a car work done whether American or European He's very knowledgeable in cars and will to answer any question that you have for them. Finding a honest, reliable, fast, cheap and hard-working mechanic that actually knows their stuff is almost impossible to find. I'm so thankful and happy that I pulled into their shop and so will you be.❤️

My Toyota Sienna broke down on a road trip (Altenator and then radiator) Alex helped me out, even came in on a Sunday, his day off to make sure we got it back sooner than later. He went the extra mile for me and we are very thankful. A little hard to understand over the phone, but Alex will take care of you.
