The customer service is always great! Charlie goes above and beyond. However the credit I was issued on the same day if service is on hold for twelve days for some reason. The issue with my car was not resolved. Charlie was kind enough to refund my card immediately. Nothing he can do to process the credit. Not happy that I have to wait so long to receive credit.
