I had the best experience working with Karla & Isaiah with repairing my automobile. I appreciated talking with them over the phone & in person. I found the interaction much more time efficient than emailing & sending pics. I do live within a few miles from the shop so that was also convenient.There was no issues with communication or time spent repairing the auto. I did not take a long time to do the repair so I was able to “get walking miles completed” while I waited for the repairs. Much better use of my time than dropping the car off & then returning to pick it up! I highly recommend CB Collision!

On March 29, I was unfortunately rear-ended by someone who did not have insurance. I have never had an accident in my entire driving history so I was a little distraught by the entire situation. I reached out to GEICO my insurance company and they recommended I take my vehicle to MB collision. From start to finish they were incredible. I brought my car in and within 45 minutes. I had a rental and I was on my way. They communicated daily giving me updates on what I could expect and when. They made this process so much easier than I ever anticipated. Their customer service phenomenal and their work is even better. Instead of painting over an old scratch they offered to repair it and gave me an incredible rate for it. I am so happy with this experience and if you are ever in the market for any repairs or bodywork, I could not recommend them more. Additionally, I had an issue with my blinkers, not working the way I was used to, and they told me to bring it in at any time. I did and they had it corrected within five minutes. Kudos to them and their entire staff!

I am very upset with the service this place provided me. I was involved in a hit and run accident and my insurance put me here. I picked up my car and everything looked fine until a few days later I heard a huge water noise coming from the hood of my car. It sounded very concerning. I took my car back to them and they stated it was fine and they didn't hear anything. Well thanks to the auto body shop. 7 months later (due to loose screws and incorrect work done, not to mention the work that was done was horrible) my car freaking shut off in the middle of the road! While I was driving it completely turned off because of a screw they didn't put in. Now I have to pay $600 to fix what they DID NOT. I am beyond livid!! I have a child I'm trying to support and now I have to deal with this. So disappointed and never recommending this place, my insurance will also receive a call about this place. They also broke a few things on my car and didn't fix that. Like my gas cover, the drainage of my coolant which caused air pockets, just wow! Stay away if you can.

MB Collision was great. The customer service was excellent. The front desk person was helpful, answered all my questions, and very polite. The team explained what needed to be done, how it was done, and when it would be ready. My car was ready when I was told it would be. I also recieved text message updates on my car's progress. I also appreciated that they work with Enterprise Rent a Car. The rental company picked me up from the collision center and I was able to return the car to MB Collision at no extra charge. Highly recommend!!

If you want kids to play in a playground – this is a great place. This place appears to be ran by children without a clue on how to run a business. I was given their phone number by my insurance. I called and came in for a drive-by estimate, on a Thursday evening. I was informed I will have the estimate in the next 24 hours. I’ll be later, I haven’t received any communication. I’ve called them every couple of days or so, and was being informed that the person is working on the estimate, and will have it back to me soon. Today – a week later when I called them, I’m being informed the estimator is “too busy” working on estimates that are more high priority and he’s going to deny my work. Extremely disappointed – with the lack of communication. I’m unsure how this place has received high ratings in the past, but my experience was nothing short of a disappointment.

MB collision worked on my white Toyota Tacoma to fix a paint recall. Everything came out good except a couple of things, of which once I contacted MB collision and brought back the truck, I spoke to Mike, very friendly helpful and professional person, took care of my concerns and even did a little extra work. My car was in accident and the body of the car was damage…. When I took my car in I hae no check engine light and everything was working in my car. After a week my insurance company told me that my car was totaled, my car was in pieces but I still bought my car back for sentimental value. I also paid $340 for mb collision’s to put my car back together… instead of using my car parts, they put broken parts on my car. A few days after picking up my car my fog lights were hanging out from under my car.. which caused me to get a flat tire because of the broken lights. And shortly after my brake lights went out, I was driving home and did not know it. Thank GOD a friendly person drove next to me to tell me. I called MB and they said I had release liability. Even though I paid them to put my car back together and then they lied and said I already had broken parts… I only get my car service at Nissan before my accident. They confirmed that that was not true… before you choose mb Mae sure you ask all the right questions. They are crooks in my books
