The culture at this Jiffy Lube is incredibly service oriented. Welcomed me immediately and demonstrated tremendous hospitality. They didn’t try to oversell. The oil change was quickly finished within 15 minutes. And they gave me the code to the car wash next door. I’ve been to a number of local Jiffy Lubes but this one is the very best!!

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and while speaking with the employee, he gave me an estimate on what the filters would cost if they needed to be replaced. I specifically told him, “If they need to be replaced, please give me a call so I can agree to which ones I want done.” They never called. Instead, an hour later I got a call saying my car was ready and the total was $211. I thought that was really high for just an oil change, but once I got in my car and checked the receipt, I realized they went ahead and replaced all the filters without ever contacting me for approval. That’s not only unprofessional, it feels dishonest. I will never be bringing my cars here again.
