I went to this shop after receiving a couple of recommendations. I called Kathie the receptionist the other day, and explained the repair that was needed and that a glass tech had suggested and made an appointment. I met the manager who made the interaction very unpleasant. Once he learned I was paying out of pocket instead of filing an insurance claim, he became very kurt and when I asked him for an estimate, he said $1200 before ever having a tech look at my car. I asked him to write up this alleged estimate and he had me wait for nearly 1/2 an hour and never produced an estimate. I’m sure he got his wish when I finally felt defeated and left. Did I get a call? No. I hope the owner sees this so a lesson in customer service can be offered to the manager.

Truly great place to get your car fixed. I worked with Cuu, he was very helpful, went out of his way to get me OEM parts in spite of my insurance recommendation. Cuu was fast responding and keeping me updated throughout the repair. My car (Lexus ISF) looks immaculate, the team took an extra care making sure my aftermarket diffuser and lights are part of the bumper just as before the accident. Very happy with everything. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first time at Classic Collision. They repaired our Tesla back in April 2025, and they did an excellent job. This time was no different—both experiences have been outstanding. Jacob and his manager were very helpful, and the customer service was great. Jacob stayed on top of everything and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle was completed as promised, and when we picked it up, my husband and I were amazed. On Saturday the 24th, while driving my son to work, we were stopped at a red light behind a small construction truck. Out of nowhere, the driver suddenly reversed — straight into the front of my Tesla. I honked several times, but he didn’t stop and then sped off onto the freeway — a clear hit‑and‑run. Thankfully, my Tesla’s cameras captured everything — including the truck’s license plate and the business name and phone number printed on the side. Instead of immediately contacting the police or his insurance company, I decided to do the right thing and reach out to the business owner directly. I explained what had happened, shared the video evidence, and to their credit, they accepted responsibility and agreed to pay for the damages. That’s when **Classic Collision Dos Lagos** truly shined. As a Tesla‑approved repair center, they were my first call — and to my surprise, they were open on Saturday and able to see my car right away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They inspected the damage (a tow‑hitch‑sized dent and scratches on the front bumper), reviewed the footage, and were just as shocked and frustrated on my behalf. They quickly prepared the estimate and advised me to return once they received written payment confirmation from the construction company. By Sunday, Classic Collision confirmed they had verified payment and invited me to bring the car in for repairs. When I dropped it off Monday, the shop was spotless, organized, and welcoming. This is our second time using Classic Collision for vehicle repairs, and once again, they delivered exceptional service. They’re an authorized repair facility with Mercury Insurance, so the process is always smooth and professional. This time, our install van needed bodywork — it’s our main vehicle for large furnace, air conditioning, and ductwork replacement projects. During the initial inspection, we were worried the van might be too tall to fit inside their shop. Without hesitation, they assured me they had a solution with a mobile paint booth to accommodate our large vehicle. That immediately put my mind at ease and showed how prepared they were to handle any situation. They initially estimated about two weeks for the full repair, which I completely understood, but it was tough since this van keeps our business running. Our representative, Cuu, went above and beyond from day one. He listened to my concerns, came up with ways to possibly speed things up, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even though there were no guarantees, he got the job done a full week ahead of schedule — we had our van back in just five days! One small part was delayed, but Cuu communicated clearly and arranged for us to swing by later so our downtime was minimal. On pickup day, I got stuck in traffic (Friday, of course) and told him I probably wouldn’t make it before closing. Instead of pushing me off, he stayed over 30 minutes past closing to finish everything and personally hand me the keys. That kind of service is rare these days. Cuu solved every problem, made me feel like a priority, and delivered true 10-star service. When I find people who care that much, they become my go-to for life.
