This review is long overdue but I wanted to mention Dan at Chevrolet service. He has had my back since I have bought my car and even during my accident. He made sure I was okay, and always went above and beyond to make sure I got peace of mind and my car my squared away. Dan always puts the customer first and makes a lasting impression, because itās just an extension of his character. The experience I have had with him at Jerry Seiner has made me a customer for life, even though I am moving out of state. Itās hard to soften up to dealerships given past experiences and reputations but I will miss the hassle free environment this one provides. God bless Dan, and I hope he is recognized for the hard work he does and the kindness he relays on everyone he meets. He is an asset at this company and a leader in maintenance.

I set a simple appointment arrived 15 min early, weāll now Iām here one hour past my appointment time and it is still not doneā¦.what is the work being done you might askā¦.weāll just a simple tire rotation thatās it! No work just a rotation! Iāve walked out to the bay to see about it and only one guy greeted me saying it is just now on a lift and will be done shortly!!! Terrible service and Dan who helped me check in wonāt even acknowledge that Iām here! Worst customer service ever! I get being short handed but thatās why I set an appointment!

I took my Corvette in for a transmission issue, and my service tech was awesome. He kept me updated by text, gave me details of the steps to diagnose and fix the issue, took care of arranging a rental car, when I got it back the interior was clean, and none of my seats/mirrors/etc. needed to be readjusted. The 500s shop is about 5x further away than the one nearest me, but worth the extra drive for much better service.

Once again I pulled in to the service bay and no one acknowledged me being there. The appointment went fine. However, when I got in the truck I noticed the oil life indicator had not been reset. Makes me wonder if the oil was changed. Also the tires were not rotated as part of the service I paid for. They did not give me a car wash token. The service you provide is slipping more. I said this before in another survey, but once I am done with the pre paid service I may not be back. This is basic stuff that is being missed and not done. I am disappointed again. Also after my last experience the service manager called. I missed his call but called back and left a message. No one has followed up. Once again something basic to good customer service and you failed at it.

I bought a used vehicle to replace my other truck that was totaled last year. this year it started having electrical issues this year. I decided to take it to a dealership because I thought that they would have a better chance of figuring out what was wrong I explained the trouble codes that I was getting and had the truck towed in when it 'wouldn't start three different times each time I had to call the advisor to find out the status of my truck instead of him keeping me advised of the status. Each time another part is claimed to be the culprit. the last time after quoting me the price (plus tax) as usual I hear nothing for a couple of days so I call back and get the run around wait another couple of days and call again at this time I am told the part is on back order and could be a couple of weeks or months, I had the advisor send me the part number I go on line and find a genuine gm parts seller and order the part pay the extra for express shipping when the part arrives I take it down to the dealership to have them install the part ( a wire plug and a bolt) the next afternoon I get a call o com pick up my truck when I get there I am charged $542.00 labor

I made an appointment for a diagnostic was told the appointment was for today. I get all the way down there and they said oh the appointment was to hold it for a few days to guarantee you would be first priority when we could get to it. I was told on the phone that it was a same day diagnostic appointment. Then the girl tells me the guy I was scheduled with up and quit. I said I understand that happens, but you couldnāt have called with a heads up? She said oh we would have to have called at 7am. Great that would have been more acceptable then letting me drive 45 minutes to your dealership and then lie to me about what I scheduled, before eventually telling me the truth.

Awesome experience. Joe was very friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment quickly. And even though I was told it would take several hours to diagnose a possible battery issue they got me taken care of within a few hours. Faster than I had expected considering the que they had. They also fixed all my recalls and ordered a part for one of the recalls without me even being aware of them. Highly recommend.

Jerry Seiner Chevy service strung me along. The delays from their fault ended up costing me money in hotel stays as I was just visiting. They left my MAP sensor disconnected so it was also somehow a rush job, even though they had my car for over a week. I am still waiting on follow-up over something I need from them but all communication ceased almost immediately. I definitely do not recommend this business.

Overall not impressed. I scheduled an appointment to diagnose my Escalade. They didnāt get to it until the next day even though I had an appointment. They also misdiagnosed the vehicle and their estimate seemed high. I had a great experience at Ken Garff in American Fork. I didnāt make an apt, they looked at it within an hour of dropping it off and diagnosed it correctly and replaced the transfer case within 24 hours at more than fair pricing.
