Jeremy is Upfront, Open, and Honest I had a multitude of work done on my 2005 Subaru Forrester including Headgaskets and a Fuel tank the cost was more than reasonable, the quality of the work is 5 Stars. The Forrester is ready for the next 160,000 Mi. I will not take my vehicle to any other mechanic.

********* WARNING************DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! Jeremy is a hack job. Really bad customer service, just a mess. He cries like a baby. 1. Interior was full of dust and debris. It was trashed. 2. Multiple exhaust gaskets leaking after work done on other parts. 3. Power steering lines leaking (pouring!), not fastened down when he did the engine. Now the driveway is destroyed. Oh thank you for re adjusting the amount of oil YOU PUT IN! Was about a qt over filled. I get stuff happens, but when I'm told to FO by Jeremy it becomes a problem. You've caused my brother stress, time and time again. This is after 2 months of waiting. Go see wade Wallace if you want some actual work done. Jeremy you have made an enemy. Not sure why we recieved such poor service. I'm going to reach out to a state trooper. Edit: Power steering fittings on rack rounded off from when jfj did the engine. I got one side to snug and stop but not the drivers side. Exhaust muffler flange bolts needed to be heated to be removed. Who knows if this was him orWindham, a shop he does work for. Seeing all these amazing ratings I'm really wondering wth went wrong here. As a vw/audi person I now see why people hate the sti's.

Needed to replace gas tank in our Subaru. My local mechanic would not attempt it because it is a difficult procedure for this model. Jeremy took on the job, despite being so busy himself, and delivered on everything he promised for less than half of what the dealership costs. After experiencing his professionalism and fairness, it is understandable why he's so busy. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else. Thank you Jeremy!

Amazing attention to detail and explains everything you need to know thoroughly. I brought in my 2013 Subaru WRX for an engine rebuild and he gave me a call whenever there was a slight hiccup to let me know of what needs to be done and took amazing care of my car. Car runs beautifully now as if it was brand new. When I went to pickup the car he took the time out of his day to go over every detail of what was done and how future problems could be avoided, as well as told me what he found while taking the engine apart. This is an amazing place and will be telling everyone I know with a Subaru Audi or VW to go to him.

I contacted JFJ about 2 weeks ago with a random VW issue. He replied very quickly, and told me when he could squeeze me in, which was the next week. I dropped the car off on Wednesday after hours, not expecting an answer until at least the next day, if not later. I had a message less than an hour later telling me what it needed! Then today, (4 days later) got the call that the car was ready! Amazing turn around time especially considering how busy he is. Price was great too! 10/10 would recommend, and will be back!

There's no better feeling than bringing your car to someone who specializes in your brand. I had quotes on some work and this place not only had the best price but he was friendly, honest and took the time to explain everything.. Very professional and honest. They do a very good job here for a price you can't complain about, I've actually been surprised a couple of times at how low the prices were. I wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else. I've had a a few things done here, just recently had a timing belt replacement done which was 600 dollars less than everyone else's estimates. Also had alternator done at the same time. He didn't charge the extra labor for the alternator just charged for parts, and when he does a job he replaces everything so I got my tensioners and pulleys replaced as well as my water pump and serpentine belt. Between the timing belt and alternator replacements, the price was cheaper than other mechanics were quoting just for the alternator. Excellent service and prices, and the most honest mechanic your gonna find. Like I said I wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else.

Jeremy has worked on many of Subarus over the years. He has done excellent work on my 2014 Forester keeping it up and running like a new car. Recently he has put new tires and got me in really quickly before the snow storm. He always is very flexible with quick appointments. I brought my 2011 VW GTI here several times and had a good experience every time, which is very rare with car service in these times. My first encounter, I brought the GTI in for a second opinion. I had a “clunk” when I would accelerate or occasionally over bumps. I brought it in initially to a different VW/Audi specialist who told me I needed a new steering rack. This just didn’t seem right to me, so I brought it in for Jeremy to take a gander at. With a test drive and ten minutes under the car he figured out it was, in fact, a sway bar link… a $20 part, vs a $1600 part. His prices are very fair, exceptionally so even, and his work is top notch. The next time I own a VW/Audi product it will certainly be serviced at JFJ.

Jeremy is the man! I needed a water pump replaced and he was quick and reasonably priced. However, what really blew me away is that when I got my car back, he had replaced the broken pieces on both sun visors that had been driving my wife and I nuts! He didn't even mention it, never mind charge for it. It was easy and quick for him to do and he did it just to be kind. Can't recommend JFJ enough!
