May 2021-This store never knows how to process the gift cards or gift certificates I give them so they make up policies until they figure something out to get me out the door. When I went in May I showed them my printed out $50 gift card from Raise.com and the $10 coupon on JiffyLube.com before I was even let in the bay and everything seemed fine. When it came time to pay I was told they couldn't accept the $50 gift card. When I asked why, he then took it, came back a few minutes later, and said the gift card worked but I can't combine gift cards with a coupon. This seems really odd to me. I then asked for my receipt and they said they would email it to me. I had to contact Jiffy Lube customer service twice to get my receipt because the email they had on file was off by 1 letter. $82 for a synthetic blend oil change is crazy to me, especially since they don't vacuum or clean your windows. The only way to get me to go to an instant oil change place is with a coupon and it seems like there is no guarantee they will accept them. December 2020-(formally 5 stars) I had a problem with a different Jiffy Lube location but Jiffy Lube Corporate Customer Service took care of me immediately. I decided to try this Manchester location instead of going back to the original place and it was infinitely better in every way! There was no wait to get in the bay and when I got inside, everyone was very friendly and fast. The oil change must have taken less than 10 minutes! Thanks Mykal, Jimil, Patrick, and Alonzo!

I brought my vehicle here for a routine oil change and now I have an extreme oil leak. I immediately took my vehicle back to them after noticing the oil leak, they brushed it off saying it's wear and tear on a 2017 Chevy and its NORMAL. I would AVOID this place.

If you love and value your car and time, then come here. CJ and his team are not only incredibly efficient and reliable, but their customer service and hospitality is top tier! I have been coming to this JiffyLube since February, and I have NEVER been let down. I remember I came at 8:00 when I had work at 9:00. I thought for sure my oil change would take at least 30-40 minutes, but no, they’re not kidding. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! For a top off, it’s more like 5. CJ even gave me a tutorial of how to check my oil, and was super patient (which could not have been easy 🤣). I’ve had my air filter replaced here, and lots of other little fixes that were explained in total detail and I NEVER felt pressured or pushed to make a purchase. I know Jiffylube is a chain, and I’ve been to ones in NC/NJ/GA/etc .. but there’s something about this little hidden Jiffylube. It’s a gem 💎! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change, or any kind of car check up. Plus, their waiting room is a whole vibe. It’s giving very David Lynch but like in a pop era way .. if you get it. Super nice on a hot day to sit in the AC.

The oil changes are a bit more expensive if you can’t find a coupon but overall it’s a very honest shop that does quick work so it’s worth it to me to keep going there vs wait hours at Walmart or feel I’m being ripped off at some other shops . (P.s. to Jiffy lube management : please give the assistant manager a promotion or maybe find a way he can work a bit closer to home since he’s trying to start his life over and he has to drive 3 hours each way to support his family . Super honest and helpful manager though).

My daughter was warned by Jiffy Lube at her last oil change that her battery needed to be replaced. Sure enough, this morning it was dead and would not hold a charge. We called AAA and they jumped the battery, but refused to replace it since it would take 2 hours given the amount of work to access it. Jiffy Lube had the exact right tools and expertise, and was able to install a new battery in just over an hour. They were extremely professional throughout the process. A dealership would have charged 3 times as much and taken 10 times as long. I would definitely use Jiffy Lube again for repairs, oil changes and other services they offer.

Short Version: The oil change itself was fine, but the staff most likely lied to my face to cover up a harmless check engine light. I just went here to get a premium oil change for my cousin's Jeep Patriot at about $120. The work was fast, but when they handed the car back, my check engine light was on. When I brought it up, they insisted it was already on when I arrived and claimed they documented it. I knew this was incorrect, so I took it to another shop for a diagnostic test. The code showed a discrepancy between the oil and coolant temperatures. That obviously is a totally normal, harmless thing that happens when cold new oil goes into a warm engine and the light turned off on my next start. The technicians did the physical job correctly as far as I can tell, but the team chose to lie instead of just explaining a basic mechanic issue. I can't trust a shop that lies about their documentation.
