I came in to get my 2015 2500 chevy front and rear differential drained and refilled, front needed a gasket, How this is what lost my business, was told the dealership has one forv$200, but you got a $80 coupon.my cost for gasket $120 ,I got a genuine GM one for $57.

They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time on the first visit. I did have to return for a rattling noise. It turns out the skid plate had not been tighten as indicated on the invoice. Some issue with a recently missing 8mm socket. It was a little disconcerting to hear that noise and wonder if my truck was going to breakdown on the freeway. Everyone this location has always been very polite. They got me in and out fast on the second visit as well. I am amending this review as a result of taking my older truck in for an oil change last week. A different person, older man with a beard came with his clip board. He quoted me $230. 00. With my employee discount and when I asked why the price was twice as much as before, his answer was dismissive and rude. So I left took it to Walmart where it was over a hundred dollars less. His explanation of the estimate was really based on what he thought my truck needed and he rolled his eyes as asked him to tell me which discount would be applied? He said the discount is for your work vehicle. I said this is--thats when the eye roll and grunt of disgust occurred. I'm not confident bringing either of my vehicles back there

James was wonderful. I was greeted immediately outside upon pulling up and was told the price for an oil change upfront so there was no surprises. I say that because the price for a full synthetic oil change was more than I was used to paying. Where I used to live in Phoenix, a great family owned shop by my house had a standing coupon for $39.99 for the same type of oil change (so about $44 after tax). The price here was about $102 but there is a standing coupon for $25 so $77. However, they advertise a 15 minute oil change, which they had about 4 other cars there and I was out of there within 30 minutes and that was including the time for the oil change services, James to go over some additional items that needed service and fluid top offs after the check up, my cabin filter being changed and then checking out. Point being, the extra cost is paying for your time saved which is reasonable and justifiable. However, when I originally got there and heard the price, I justified the cost for time saving but also because the website said that they clean all exterior windows and vacuum the interior. They also do a free top off (up to 2 quarts) of most fluids within 3k miles of your oil change. When I addressed this with James, he said they only clean the front windshield and had stopped doing the rest of the windows and vacuuming about 6 months ago. (Top offs are still included) Also, although I chose to get the cabin filter replaced out of convenience, there was about a 70% markup on the part. We all know auto shops of course markup parts but I thought this was a pretty big markup for such a common part. With that said, the staff, and James in particular, were wonderful so any negatives do not fall on them at all. Corporate and/or the franchisee owner should be accountable to their customers, especially after a lapse of 6 months, for making sure their website and advertising are accurate as that is what sets an expectation with the client. When this is not done, you’re leaving your employees to the wolves when they have no control over the rules. Alternatively, if the time is not going to be taken after 6 months to update advertising on the website, then when a customer mentions this unmeetable expectation, ownership/cooperate should give management the ability to offer a benefit in lieu of - however small it may be - until advertising can be updated. Overall it was a great experience but since I got a link asking for a review and I had this discussion with James, I figured I might as well help curb the issue.

I asked how much it would cost since I had a coupon. $50 for regular oil. $110 for synthetic so we decided not to use the coupon. When done i was told it was $68. Really. The manager was trying to take advantage of me because i’m an older lady. I still had to pay $58. I won’t be back and go thru the embarrassment i noticed most of your negative comments are from women.

They told me on the phone 67 plus 9 for extra quart. Tried to sell me an air filter when mine was brand new 3000 miles ago. Tried to sell me serpentine belt that had no problems. Then charged me 117 for the oil change. Horrible service. Complete Liars and thieves. Beware of this place

Waited 45 mins for the "quick" oil change. Only 3 cars ahead of me. They were able to accomplish changing the oil in only one of them in nearly an hour, so I left. Unfriendly manager, he was unfriendly last time I was there too.

I will not go back to this location or maybe not back to jiffy lube at all. The reason is because the service advisors attitude was horrible. He was very unfriendly, very Kurt and rude and he told me he would check all the fluids and they did not check all the fluids I stood right there and watched them through the window. Then when I got the car home I had to put another quart of oil in because they always short you a quart that would normally be filling up the oil filter. All I know is it wasn't up to the full level and that's what I paid for. Don't bother going there would be my recommendation

Had a great service experience here at this Jiffy Lube location. Fast, efficient, and friendly was the order of the day. In and out in under 20 minutes. Drove up, walked inside, consulted with a tech, and they got started right away. Mo, the service advisor recommended several service options, and I took them up on the recommended coolant top up. The staff at this location also previously treated my wife with respect and dignity. A rarity in the automotive service industry. Very happy trusting my oil service needs here. We will be back.
