After searching everywhere in town to get an inspection quickly I drove past jiffy lube. I drove in Raymond and staff were happy to help me and took the car in right away. I had some extra time while visiting family and I stopped in today to just get an oil change. Last night was raining and I noticed I was hydroplaning; I have not changed the tires for about 42,000 miles. When I pulled up the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager actually showed me the tires and I knew from my experience yesterday I needed new ones. He gave me a military discount and it was a reasonable price. I had to check out of my hotel and told him I only had an hour - he went out right away to get me the tires I need and get me out. The price, service, attention, etc., I’d highly recommend this place.

I came in Monday afternoon and was taken right away for an oil change and a concern I had about lights on my dashboard. Dale was very helpful and explained everything and completed the oil change quickly and offered me a discount. I had a wonderful experience getting my first oil changes in New York state resident. The pricing was fair and the associate who helped me, I believe their name was Jr did a fantastic job. They were kind and professional and when they showed me my cabin filter I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase. I asked to speak to the manager to let let them know about my pleasant experience and on my way out took the additional time to let me know that I may want to look into getting tires soon. Again no pressure to buy just that I probably had 1 more season left. I will definitely be back for any of my automotive needs. In a world where good enough is good enough the team at this jiffy lube definitely went the extra mile.

I cannot begin to tell you how good the service was at Jiffy. JR was incredibly friendly and makes me want to come back. Dale was very insightful and the manager Ray helped make sure that I didn’t take steps that would cause my car to have damage in the future.
