I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a little AC trouble. Turns out, my AC was playing host to a not-so-alive guest - a mouse! After finding the problem they went the extra mile to order a part they didn’t have and fix it that same day! They made the whole experience a blast and we had a lot of laughs. Huge shoutout to Alfredo, Daniel and the rest of the team for turning a furry surprise into a memorable visit. You guys are the best!

I’ve been here a few times for oil changes and always get great and friendly service. I’ve never had to wait which is so convenient. When I had additional issues with my car they recommended service and were kind to give me pricing and no pressure to get serviced right away. To boot, they gave me the best price and filled my tires as a courtesy. Love these guys!!!!

I submitted a formal complaint to corporate about this site for leaving my vehicle unsafe to drive. I went there on Nov 16, 2024 (Saturday) and requested a brake bleed, motor oil change, and rear differential oil change as well. When my Tundra was given back to me, I told store manager Alfredo Brito, that the brakes felt very low and it did not seem safe to drive truck like that. He responded that it should get better within the next couple of days. He then tells me that if brakes are not great, then to return on Wednesday when his brake specialist is in (seems to me like they did not do anything that day). I took my truck to Midas in Malden on Nov 19th, 2024 (Tuesday) to do an alignment and they noticed that my brakes were very low. They flat out told me that the truck was unsafe to drive the way it was. I paid again for another brake bleed. The brakes were noticeably very different after this brake bleed. I went on 12/14/2024 to speak to Alfredo Brito about this and he told me that he was going to talk to his manager to process a refund for the break bleed, as he was in agreement with me. He made a copy of the midas invoice and Jiffy invoice that same day. He proceeded to tell me that I would get a check in the mail at the beginning of January. I waited 6 weeks for this check, so I called Alfredo on 1/22/2025 to ask about the refund check. He states he needed to follow-up on it. (My impression is that he never submitted anything to his manager or corporate office.) On January 23rd, 2025, he calls me back saying that they can't do anything about the refund, because they could have provided the service but I did not go back. I told him the Tundra was deemed unsafe to drive by another shop that needed to do another car service. I even explained to him that he had instructed me to take it back on a Wednesday (alignment was on Tuesday). I explained to Alfredo Brito that I would be submitting a formal complaint to corporate. He did not seem to care at all about any consequences for this.

I stopped by on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Staff were very friendly and helped me right away. However, they only asked me what kind of oil I wanted and if I wanted to get new wipers. I was waiting for them to ask about my filters, and I was ready to decline any of their offerings. They never asked and when I went to check out, my oil change came to $150!!!! I looked at them like they had 3 heads so they showed me the computer, where they had charged me for all new cabin filters without my permission! I am never going back here and I recommend that you avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed!

Great location. Every time I’ve been here the guys have been crazy efficient and only have recommended items that were actually needed (I.e. they recommended air filter which it needed this time but not in prior visits). They seem to stay on top of all of the process to double check everything was done right. (I.E. filter, Bolt and dipstick checks). Last thing you want is to drive off with 1 of this missing.

I felt discriminated against right from the beginning, I wasn’t greeted, I was in a hostile environment and I believe it’s because I’m African American, the acting manager “Francisco” tried to upsell 139.99 to flush my car fluid because I asked for coolant top off and when I declined the tone in his voice became even more hostile. I said I have a coupon he said none of my coupons work without even checking. He offered nothing I asked what coupons do they have he said $15 dollars off when it was really $20 this was later confirmed by the district manager. “ Todd” the under bay guy had an attitude as well I felt like I wasn’t welcome and was a bother just because of my race they check engine adapter Todd and Francisco told me to check it myself and reset my oil change light. I paid for an oil change and a top off and have no idea if the job was actually done I will never ever shop with jiffy line again

My car battery of 5 years finally bit the dust this cold winter morning. Stranded at home and with no one around to help jump my car, an employee (Michael) personally drove to my house (5 minutes away) and jumped the car himself. After driving to their Mystic Avenue location, my car battery was replaced within 20 minutes and for a reasonable price. This is the definition of good service and being a member of a community. I will be going back to this business for future services!

I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Francisco and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. My check engine light was tricky to reset because my car is older, and instead of rushing me out the door, they calmly worked through it and figured it out without any drama. They literally would not let me leave until the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole experience stress-free… and they even offered me pizza (which I absolutely accepted). It’s rare to find a place where people actually take the time to help instead of just pushing you through. Highly recommend this location if you want solid service and good people who go the extra mile.
