1st class work done as promised. Been there several times. They will not replace anything that you don't need, and always show you your old parts. Pretty rare to find this type of old school establishment in this day and age.

Great place! Took my GMC sierra here for brakes and power steering pump. Cost less than expected and they took care of a couple of minor cosmetic issues for free. Overall very positive experience. Highly reccommended.

I had a u joint fail on my driveshaft in my Firebird. After calling around to multiple places who said they could not fit me in for at least a week even if i brought them the shaft and the new U-joints, I decided to drive down the street and this place jumped out at me as a place that might be able to get it done. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and when I explained what I needed done they told me they would definitely be able to get it done (even though they were very busy). I dropped it off and within 2 HOURS. It was done and ready to be picked up. These guys went above and beyond to help me in what was a very unlucky situation.

They claimed to fix a leak in my car. The car ran fine for a few days, however it still had the same problem. My bigger issue with them is that they didn’t tell me how much the service would cost until AFTER they fixed my car. I specifically told them to call me when they found the problem. I didn’t give any consent for services to be done to my car. Basically they charged me a random amount without my knowledge, and I was forced to pay it because the service had already been done to the car. It would make more sense in my opinion to inform the customer of the price PRIOR to completing the service on the car. I didn’t appreciate being hit with an unknown bill. There was also a day when I asked them to leave my keys in the car so I can pick it up myself later, since they would be closed. I came that night to find the door locked so I went there for nothing. They were nice, but the lady had an attitude with me after I mentioned the whole not telling me the price first situation. She knew I was right about that.

Brought my car in to get looked at, next time I called they told me that had already done $1500 worth of work on it. The owner gave me a hard time when I suggested only paying for parts considering I hadn’t authorized any work to be done. They threatened to reverse all the work that had been done unless I paid up so I ultimately paid a slightly reduced price for the entire job.

SCAMMER ALERT - After sharing that there was something wrong with my starter, they told me it was going to be a quick 20 minutes fix, and no new parts needed. I came back to see a $174 bill, $150/hour for labor. When I checked around the area with other mechanics they told me that was a scam, most of them charge $50-$60/hour for labor.

They charged me for 4.5 hours for an oil change and they fixed a light on my van that I did NOT authorize. My bill came out to $1100. I dropped off my car Sunday and didn't get it back until Friday. They never called me once throughout the week. DISRESPECTFUL. RUDE. See receipt attached, PM means oil change, all other work listed is "recommended" not completed

First time here on 7-7-22. Location is close to my work & great reviews....ALL TRUE. John was a pleasure to talk with, Donna was so friendly and Daniel is a gem!! Oil change & tire rotation were done and a screw was found & repaired on my rear tire. Low air pressure alerted me the day before my scheduled appt. John even helped me with two unscheduled things.
