This is my second visit to Jiffy Lube. I was a loyal client of the other oil change place down the street but after the ownership change I was no longer happy there. I am thoroughly impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The staff was very easy to talk to and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. The team at this location creates a really positive and comfortable environment. I am now a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube, thanks again guys!

Extremely slow service. The company needs to hire more service technicians…multiple people left because there was only 2 people working and the wait time was up to an hour and 30 min. This was the 2nd weekend in a row that I tried to get my oil changed…the first time I couldn’t wait the hour for service. You would retain more customers and have happier customers if the stores were properly staffed. This is an issue at both Simi Valley Jiffy Lubes.

Called ahead to inquire about my car gave them the exact make and model and quoted me but waited till I drove over there to inform me they couldn’t change my oil because their 5w-20 pump was broken and had been for months. They could have saved me the time and the gas by telling me over the phone instead of letting me come in after confirming all of the details about my car with me

I went to visit jiffy lube because my car needed some new tires. Sam helped me get a great deal on tires and had them mounted and balanced and put back on my car in less than an hour! Excellent service and I’ll be back again soon for the rear tires :)

Oil change was completed. Never saw them check the dipstick to make sure oil level was correct. Didn’t see them open washer fluid, coolant, check trans fluid level. No tire check, no cleaning of the windshield, etc. 15 items on their package and it seemed the at 2 got completed (oil and filter) . Just want to make sure all these things are checked as i try to take care of the vehicle. They are more expensive then the place next door to them and i hoped they would do a better job for the extra $$. on a positive the tech that helped me was very polite and professional.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was excellent. I called ahead. They said come on down when I got there. It was a the bay was open. They put my car on the rack. They told me I didn’t need an oil change yet. I still had like 2000 miles to go then I had a little knocking in my car and they helped me out with it. They told me what they thought it could be. They didn’t have to do that very professional love my experience definitely coming back for a radiator fleshing and oil change in 2000 miles. I think them for their service and I hope you all had a great experience like me.

The wait was much longer than expected. I only needed an oil change but a truck before me was having several repairs done. I suggest that they use one bay for a single service and another for multiple services. One car decided to leave after waiting. Customer service was polite and capable. The cost was higher than expected.

Matthew (not 100% sure on name, please forgive me) and Ricardo were the two employees assisting me this past Monday, 2/9/2026 service visit. I arrived 45 minutes prior to closing time and without a scheduled appointment; still I was greeted with friendly, prompt and professional service with a smile. Both employees were very knowledgeable and helpful and assisting me with selection of products and services better suited to the needs of my vehicle. I did not experience the stereotypical pressure of “fast-lane oil change service facilities” upselling, promoting other services or speaking in a vernacular not easily comprehended by the average citizens. The price for FULL SYNTHETIC BLEND OIL & OIL FILTER CHANGE was pretty hefty, in my personal opinion ($100-120 w/tax)— I was blessed to find a $15 coupon online while in store. So considering the quick, convenient service with super helpful and friendly staff- the price was reasonable and l would recommend to others needing relative service(s) and/or information. I gave a 4 out of 5 star, as opposed to 5 out of 5 stars, solely based on price. I generally budget 3 month oil changes to range <$100, but again for the convenience and spur of moment time, these services were right on time— so thank you again! May God bless the young me who assisted and may God bless the person reading this. ❤️

I went to auto zone and picked up a mobile 1 filter and synthetic oil. I went to jiffy line to have the crew drain and fill the oil on my 23 Yukon. I don’t know what happened but the Yukon leaks puddles of oil now. I bought a second filter and had the crew swap it out. That didn’t help either. Not know if what else to do I took the Yukon to the dealer. I have had to rent a car and lost a day of work. I’m not happy
