Best customer service! Quick and friendly and super knowledgeable. We are on our way to Huntington from barstow and our splash guard started to drag. Desperately looking for help, we showed up and mentioned our dilemma. They were quick to help, within 5 minutes our car was lifted, we wanted to zip tie it or bolt it back but they told us it was torn so they removed it for us and let us keep the bolts. All in all, we were there for 15 minutes. Every staff member was so helpful and mind you they were busy too. Thank you!!

not a very good experience I had gone in there with my own oil 5 quarts. I had explained to the tech that I would need .5 from them. Totally agreed they charged me for it but they never added it to my car. I had to buy my own.

I’ve been taking my Tundra to this location since it was new in 2013. Tuesday I went in for my oil change and then scheduled to get my rotors turned and brakes done on Wednesday morning since I have 144,000 miles on them , they checked both front and back and I have plenty life on brake pads , most places would just do all the work to “make money “, didn’t charge me a dime !! Very honest place

I came in to Jiffy Lube without an appointment. I was quickly assisted and a gentleman opened the door for me to enter the lobby. I saw another review complain about not having coffee and hors d’oeuvres haha- this is not a restaurant sir. This is a mechanic shop. I had absolutely no issues in the lobby or with any of the staff. Everyone was great, hospitable, professional. Mind you, they are mechanics. There was a couple people ahead of me but still assisted me quickly. Thank you for the professionalism and swift service. I would come again.

They always get me in and out in under 45 minutes. I never make an appointment, I always just pop in. Staff is always extremely helpful and educational about the state of the vehicle. Price is competitive. Restrooms are tidy, and Starbucks and Domino's are right next store lol

I found myself in the area, with a nearby gym, so I thought, "Why not get an oil change?" Unfortunately, the experience matched the mixed reviews I'd heard—mostly for the wrong reasons. The first thing I noticed was the lack of customer service. When I pulled up, an older gentleman directed me to the waiting area without much explanation or warmth. I settled in, hopeful that the process would begin swiftly. To my surprise, it took 25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. During that time, I couldn’t help but notice the waiting area required some serious attention—there were no complimentary coffee or snacks, and the air conditioning was lacking, making it quite uncomfortable. After a couple of hours at the gym, I returned to the office only to face another 10-minute wait before anyone attended to me. It felt like customer care was an afterthought, and I can't help but feel that more attention to the experience could go a long way. While I understand that oil changes can take time, the overall lack of hospitality and engagement made the waiting feel far longer than it actually was. I appreciate the technicians' expertise, but customer service should be equally important in any service industry. As for value, do yourself a favor, go online, and find a coupon!
