The service was incredible. The entire staff was very friendly and inviting. Interacted well with customers. Cold water and AC in the waiting room. I spent 1.5 hr there which was annoying but they had all 3 bays full so I get it. I plan to go back.

Jiffy Lube replaced my alternator in May 2025, and it has already failed (it is October 2025). AAA tested my alternator and confirmed that it is faulty. Jiffy Lube refuses to replace the alternator, despite the fact that its failure is incredibly premature, as alternators typically last between 80,000 to 150,000 miles or about seven to ten years. I have only driven 2800 miles with this alternator. I would strongly suggest that you do not use this shop for repairs as I am now out of almost $450 and have a car that will not run at all.

The staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I called ahead to ask about a vehicle inspection, and they told me, “Yes, you can come.” I drove 10 miles to get there, only to be told I’d have to wait because they couldn’t do it right away. I ended up wasting over 2 hours there, and just when I thought they might start, they told me they were going to lunch. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Total waste of time. I left and will never return.

The first time I went back in April everything was great. Very quick and easy. This time wasn't as smooth. I asked about a time frame prior to commiting being as I was on my lunch break and had limited time. I was told roughly 15 minutes and it was 40 plus minutes by the time it was said and done. I didn't appreciate that the sales associate kept returning and trying to get me to purchase other products instead of letting me pay and get out of there.

Increases the quote he gave me so that my coupon would make less of an impact on the total, then claims my oil change is good for 10,000 miles thats not good for the engine also was rude when I pulled into the bay. This place offers deceptive promotions.

I have been coming here for more than 15 years. I went yesterday and there was no one at the front counter and I actually had to call out for service. Four men came out of the back room. Was it break time as no one was put in the Bay Area either. They took no information up front from me. I told them I needed an oil change. Then asked for the tires to be rotated. I was finally called up to the counter, but when checking out, they had forgotten to rotate the tires, so they had to drive the car back in to take care of that. On the way home, I noticed the red tire pressure light was still on, which means they didn’t bother to fill the tires up with air. Never had such poor service from this location. Seems to have gone downhill since acquired by a new company. Don’t think I’ll be back.
