Great service all around. I called and they said they closed in 40 minutes. I said it's probably too late, right? The person on the phone encouraged me to come in anytime before they close. So I went in. They were so fast and courteous. They did recommend up sells on the oil and additional services, as any place would, but they didn't push when I said no thank you, not today. Great customer service, fast work and a fair price. I will be back soon for some future work. Thanks guys. Oh! They even ran out with my water bottle I had forgotten inside. Nice!

Kind of a rip-off, a little bit pricier than other locations! I wasn't aware that some jiffy lubes were privately owned. I came here for an oil change and they pulled up my history and I told them I would like the same service. They told me that their high mileage oil was not compatible with my vehicle , I'm thinking why wouldn't they have the correct high mileage oil? That doesn't make any sense to me not having the correct oil for one of the most common cars on the road, A Honda. Anyways they told me that they only have the full synthetic oil. Obviously full synthetic oil is going to be the most expensive. So because I had been putting off my oil change for a while and I was already 500 plus miles over I decided to just get it done. I told the lady I had a coupon and she said that they only have one coupon for their location and that was a $10 off coupon. Where as the jiffy lube location I normally go to has a $16 coupon. So when she rang me up at the register. And I asked her why are you guys so pricey here? Cuz at the other location that I normally go to they're not so expensive. She said well we're not part of the jiffy lube Network. We are privately owned. That's when it hit me and it all made sense, they tell you they don't have or don't carry the oil you need so that you have to pay for the full synthetic service which is the most expensive oil change. That's where they get you on the pricing. And then to top it off they only have one coupe they honor which is the lowest one. So now that I know how they manipulate customers to pay a little bit more, I'm definitely not going back to this place! My advice to everyone is check your jiffy lube location call and verify prices and what coupons they take before you take your car. That will save you money in the long run and you won't get caught up paying for a full synthetic oil change at a higher price than other locations just because they say they don't have the oil you would like in your vehicle. That's why I say this place is a bit of a rip-off because it's privately owned and they'll tell you whatever to make you spend more. I mean , come on! How are you A oil changer and don't carry correct oil for every vehicle on the road? 🙄 REALLY! RIP OFF!

Went in for a simple oil change, and they started to add on a tire rotation, filter change and coolant service. After denying both the filter change and coolant service, they came back saying that there was a crack in one of the parts and that they couldn’t do the oil change without repairing it and that would be an additional 80 dollars. I told them that it was fine, I would just like to get my tires rotated and they said it would take 30-40 minutes. Left without any doing service done (after waiting for half an hour) and said I would do it in my local hometown jiffylube instead. Which then my local jiffylube told me that everything was fine including the filters.

Waited for 20 minute in the lobby only to be told that they were out of synthetic blend oil, and they have been for 3 weeks. Conveniently, the only oil available for my car would be $30 more. How do you not have oil at a place where all you do is oil changes?

This Jiffy lube takes advantage of their customers. They overcharged me for maintenance work. I was in a rush to get to another appointment for my son. It was my mistake to not taking the time for reading over each option but my husband and i had been to jiffy lube before and had great experiences, but this is ridiculous how they took advantage of me. I had a dealership mechanic look over the invoice and he encouraged me to write a review so customers are aware of how this jiffy lube location runs.

One of a few good places to have the change oil. Honest ppl but a few employees is hard to understand. 1 employee talks like you have to bow down to him but overall the rest are better. So is the service After 5 yrs went back here significantly better service. I hope they keep it up. They took away the free coffee that's fine as long as prices stay attainable for customers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shop is close to where I live, so I’ve been coming here for years. Went in for a simple oil change, $140 (it’s high but whatever). Turns out the rear brakes needed to be fixed. $500. I said fine just go ahead and fix it. Then as they’re fixing it, they said we need to fix this other thing as well, and it’s going to cost $300. At this point I threw a fit and said I only came for an oil change and you’re squeezing me for $900+! I said just do the oil change because my dad said in Richmond he got all 4 brakes done for $300. So at the end, they said “btw your car is going to not drive the way it did before you came in today.” Not only did they try to squeeze me but they removed a NUT to make the rear brakes sound screechier. Scam artists to the MAX!

Been coming here for years last change they didn’t install the protection under the engine correctly fell off somewhere also when I checked the battery for water the caps were gone . Showed them the problems and they pretty much said oh well. Won’t go back and I will tell my family and friends not to use them

I love this place. Been here for three oil changes and routine maintenance. For a chain mechanic they always do a good job. Not the cheapest place but it’s fast and they are honest. I thought i needed new brake pads and rotors but they did an inspection, brought me into the garage and showed me the brake pads were good for another 6 months. Didn’t charge me for the inspection. Will be back for routine stuff.

Great service over the past 3 oil changes and 1 brake fluid replacement. i have brought both of our cars here! I used to do my own oil changes because i have huge trust issues with mechanics. But this branch is very honest. Manager is very helpful and informative. Highly recommended, will keep on returning here.

Thought Id save time and get my oil changed since I normally do it myself. Threw in a tire rotation because why not right? Coming here was a huge mistake. Not only did they fail to rotate the tires on the one side of the truck (thanks Tony G. tire tech) but now there was an oil leak that I've never had before. Called and they gave some crazy excuse which they never told me about on the post inspection. Had to come back the next day to get everything fixed. Refunded tire rotation, just put it back the way it was, only this time, I now had a nail in the tire. Shaking my head as this was just getting worst with every visit. They noticed the oil filter had a ding on seal which caused a leak. They said they usually inspect it before they install. Well it looks like James A. (lower bay) missed that. This is High School auto shop class 101 type stuff here. Id try to avoid this place as much as possible. Btw- they wont clean your exterior windows or vacuum interior floors. Even though its part of their signature service, but your checklist will say you declined it which I never did. lol whatever. Im not surprised at this point.

I brought my Mustang to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, and they managed to break my oil dipstick. Fine, mistakes happen, but it took them over a month to get the replacement part. Seriously? Today, when I finally came in to have the dipstick replaced, I politely asked if I could watch the process, just to make sure no plastic pieces would fall into my engine bay. Completely reasonable, right? They refused. Then, what should have been a quick 5-minute job has now turned into me sitting here for over an hour! This is beyond unprofessional. There’s no respect for my time, no communication, and zero accountability for the inconvenience they caused. If this is how they treat their customers, I’d seriously think twice before coming here. Incompetence is one thing, but dragging things out and making me wait this long for such a simple task is just unacceptable.

Like the one in Willow Glen-San Jose, Mountain View-Middlefield Rd, this Jiffy Lube left me with an everlasting impression! From the first phone call (with Rio) to the experience I had at this Daly City Location. When I arrived, I was welcomed and greeted by Tony. My car was inspected thoroughly and most important HONESTLY by RUDY!. Even though they use Penzoil and not Mobile Jiffy lubes, Honesty has Trumped my car manufactures Oil brand choice!

I don’t get it. It’s advertised 15 minutes oil change but I waited 40 minutes in the waiting area. Not good advertisement and it’s a lie. Be honest and get rid of the 15 minutes so customers don’t have expectations. Good customer service though.
