This is the second time I’ve had issues when getting just a simple oil change here. The first time the oil filter housing was cracked from being over tightened ( thank you dodge for using plastic ). I figured cars 10 years old at the time and l replaced the whole oil cooler system myself with a full aluminum replacement. That I can get over because it’s an easy mistake on an older piece of plastic. However this I cannot. Brought it in for an oil change last weekend and immediately after leaving it throws a check engine light and low oil pressure light. Code says to check for oil pressure sensor, intake gaskets, plenum seal, everything I replaced just last summer while fixing what they broke the first time. So I had a hunch to check the oil filter and see if it wasn’t seated properly. It was entirely the wrong one for my car. This is insane and could cause a massive amount of damage to my engine. I can easily say I will never bring any vehicle to a jiffy lube again. In the picture the one on the left is the one jiffy lube installed, and the other is what I replaced it with an actual mopar filter.

I have been coming to this establishment since 2016. I have always been satisfied with the Prices of Oil Changes and the excellent Customer Service. I am a Woman so going to get My car serviced gives Me much trepidation . At your store Richard makes you feel at home and comfortable to purchase products and take advantage of all services. He has a bubbly personality and very respectful too. He explains everything to Me in a way I understand it and it makes perfect sense. I always feel secure when I see Him. I also had the pleasure of meeting Caleb yesterday for the first time. He said He was on a mini vacation so that’s why we never met. I don’t know how I would have made it through without these guys. I didn’t have my Husband and was running too and from the hospital to try to save His life. In the meantime these guys didn’t even know how much stress I was in and took great care of Me. Richard & Caleb even heard My Husband speaking in the speaker from the Hospital trying to help and they were responding to Him too. I thought this was pretty kind of them. I pray that you reward these because they are truly a asset to Jiffy Lube. They are welcoming and appreciate our business and helping us all. When you pull into the driveway they acknowledge you immediately and get you right on in for servicing. They are prompt and efficient! I will recommend this place to everyone I know and love!
