In checking my cabin air filter the service person broke the damper on my glove box. Rather than telling me he tucked it away in my glove box. I only discovered it because I went to put my receipt in the glove box and it wouldn’t close. That’s where I discovered the broken part. I’m not into confrontation. My solution is to never go to that jiffy lube again.

Been coming here to get an oil change for years today was kind of different it literally takes a half an hour to 45 minutes to get my oil changed or for some reason it only took 20 minutes the guy told me that he was not able to give a receipt but he would be able to email it have not received an email yet and then they give you a sticker for your mileage instead of printing it he put it on marker but the mileage doesn't add up has anybody else experienced this

I like this place but not today. I was quoted $94.24 for an oil change before a discount. After the oil change I showed the attendant my $20.00 off coupon. I was still charged $94.24 Nowhere on my receipt a $20.00 off the quoted price is shown. Never gonna go to that Jiffy Lube located at 3035 Lancaster Dr NE at Salem, Oregon again.

They overcharged me. My oil change was $99.99 and I had a coupon for $26 off the oil change. They ran my card for $100 even. I hadnt noticed until I had left already. Looked at my receipt they gave me, and had to drive back to get a refund.

Not a fan of this place worked me over charged me almost $300 for a worthless car. I had just bought this car & when I get the receipt it has all kinds of leaks everywhere but I got charged for a $200 service!!! I will never go here again

These guys are always super professional and friendly. This is the Only salem Jiffy lube i will go to. The one down the road on Sate street is horrible they are always so pushy with their upsell tactics. Joey and Richard are Great!

Took my car in to get the brake fluid changed. The guy removed the old brake fluid and added the new one and tried sending me on my way without bleeding the brake lines. Bleeding the brake line is a necessary step when changing the brake fluid and had I not told him that I didn’t see anyone bleeding the brake line, he was not going to do so because he said my car was finished and wanted me to pay for an incomplete brake fluid change. I did get them to bleed the brake line and finish the job correctly, but If you’re going to take your vehicle here, make sure the guys completed the work properly before paying.

Had my brakes done.. later the brakes lock up and won't alow me to drive anywhere.. after calling and giving the manager Joseph my location, it took an hour for them to drive to me 10 min away. Tells me a bolt didn't get fastened, and that I'm good to drive. shouldn't you check that stuff before sending me out. After driving a bit more something was still grinding when I slowed down.. had to take it back and they finally got it right... after 3 encounters over the SAME ISSUE not one person admitted fault or apologized.. have your brakes done elsewhere if you value your life. shady place

Been coming here for oil changes for years. This past June I came and they recommended that I replace my valve cover gasket so it wouldn't lose oil (at that time did not have leaking oil). It wasn't an expensive fix just a few hundred so I said okay. Since then I have been burning oil like crazy and took it to another shop for inspection. Come to find out that not only did they do it wrong, they broke the actual valve cover while replacing the gasket. Which I'm told by the current shop that they had to of known they did it when it happened.So i had to pay almost a 1000 for replacement valve cover, gasket, and to repair the damage it caused. The staff has always been courteous and friendly but I would not recommend to anyone to have any work other then oil changes done here. They are not actual mechanics

I would say it was a horrible service. They spilled oil all over my engine and when I returned they didn't clean the spill at all. When i pulled out and got home the hood was not latched at all.Now my oil light keeps turning on. Now im going to take my jeep to a mechanic too see what they did wrong. WATCH OUT

So this is a story of two jiffy lube experiences. I went to the Lancaster store this past weekend and asked for a rear differential and transfer case fluid service. My dealership said it was time to have these done but was hoping to save a little money. Got to this store where I was repeatedly told I don’t have a transfer case since I have an AWD 21 Nissan Rogue Sport. I questioned multiple employees and told them Nissan said I did. They did my rear differential and sent me on my way. The next few days I called the dealership back and they assured me I do have a transfer case. So I called my friends at the Dallas Jiffy Lube. They asked me to bring in my car. I did just that and lo and behold I do have a transfer case and they were happy to service the transfer case. It’s bad enough not knowing a bunch about cars and having to trust people that are supposed to know this stuff but as a woman it’s just so annoying to be dismissed and as a customer to be treated poorly. No one died, it’s not a life changing experience by any means but I value finding places where I can trust the work being done and for me that place will be the Dallas Jiffy lube.

I downloaded a coupon and decided to try out Jiffy Lube for the first time. Now after reading several reviews of several oil change businesses I notice a common complaint- get quoted a price and after the service get told it more. So when I arrived I double checked the price and had the gut repeat it to me. With coupon snd discount it should have been $84. When they first started working on my vehicle a man came over and opened my driver's door. Kind of startled me. He said he needed to scan the code in the door jam. I found it weird he didnt asked first, but no.harm no foul and he mentioned later he had been down.with the flu. He came back and said "your oil was so low it didn't show on the dip stick. I thought thats nearly impossible since I'd just checked the level that morning. I then looked up to see another guy pull out the dip stick. I dont know but I think that was the first time he did that. After about 15 mins all the workers I could see disappeared. I sat there in silence for a few minutes and finally a another guy came and asked if I was using cash or card. I handed him my card. Moments later he returned with a receipt and thanked me. As he walked away I saw the receipt was for $110. I got a little irked and was not very polite. I told him the price was supposed to be $86. He said "alright, calm down... I'll get you a refund." I felt kinda bad, no reason to take it out on some employee. He did return with a refund charge. All in all I doubt I'll return.
