My engine oil light came on. I stopped at Gresham Jiffy Lube they said it was half quart low on oil. They filled the oil checked all the fluids. I asked them how much do I owe. They said it was one of the services they offered their customers. NO CHARGE WHO DOES THAT TODAY. Great job Jiffy Lube Doug S

They are fabulous. No matter which location you go to their training shows that they are consistent and superb in the customer service they provide they are kind and thoughtful and extremely courteous. Even if you just need to have your Fluids checked or topped off they always offered that as a free service. They certainly know how to get repeat business.

I got my oil changed on Christmas Eve and they were wicked fast. I was in a time crunch shopping for last minute gifts and my oil light came on. Luckily there was only one car in line so, I was in and out within a half hour. And though they were working on Christmas Eve, all of the employees were very kind and cheerful.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Friendly! Knowledgeable! What I really appreciate is NO PRESSURE to purchase anything. Yes! They shared what I might be needing in the future but there is NO DEALERSHIP RIP OFF attitude that I experience at Dealership car service. I will continue to have this Jiffy Lube service my car. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years and never had this happen. They all must have been brand new as they didn't even know where the oil filter was at and I had to show them. Had the online quote, which was just over $112.00, they said almost $150.00 so I showed them the quote and the kid said it didn't include the filter, so I showed them what was included. Which was Oil, filter and shop supplies. Was the longest oil change ever as it took an hour. However, they did get me in right away....

This team clearly knew what they were doing, got me in, got my oil changed, and got me back on the road. Great energy, following their process -checks along the way, I know I got a good oil change. I should mention that they got a bit of oil on my steering wheel, ignition, and door handle. I have 2004 truck, so I don't really care. But for a nicer vehicle, just let them know and I'm sure they would be more careful. Like I said above, these guys know their trade and would accommodate you with gusto.

I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for over 20 years. No matter where I go no matter what city, I can always depend on their exceptional customer service. Their technicians are kind and thoughtful. And I love that. They will check your fluid levels or oil and make you feel safe and secure in between oil changes by offering that as a free service. It always puts my mind at ease. They don’t even charge if they have to add some oil that’s very rare. I love love love Jiffy Lube and unless one is not around and I’m in a pinch that’s the only place I go.

I went in for my oil change recently and they were really busy but very kind and helpful. My oil pressure sensor was not working and I had the part. I asked the person in charge if it could be changed out since it was about the oil Filter. In the end they were kind enough to change it out and got me taken care of. Not recommended. Synthetic oil change $120 with coupon. Took 90 minutes; not 15. They are required to try to upsell you on overcharged things like new wiper blades. Bad management. For example, wiper fluid light came on later in the day. I called manager Brian/Ryan asking if they normally top it off because light came on. Rather than answering question he argued my year vehicle doesn't have a washer fluid light (it does). Ignoring his rude response I asked if i could bring it in and he continued his lack of customer service telling me he's busy and will be in a meeting. Not giving 1 star because I'm not leaking oil like so many others report being an issue. Oh shoot, I better go make sure oil is in it

Hi everyone please stay away from any jiffy lube at all cost they will take your money and ruin your vehicle this is my experience: On 10/16/2025 I visited Jiffy Lube#2527 to do an oil change and to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle and on this date they said my coolant hoses were leaking that it needed to be replaced so we spent close to $500 to get it repaired then 10 minutes after my van started to overheat and at that time I was closer to Jiffy Lube#1044 so I call them and told them what it was happening and I was asked to bring the car there right when I got there my hoses busted open and ruined my serpentine belt and it was all over the engine as well so at that time they had to reinstalled the hoses and install a new serpentine belt because the one I had was ruined with their negligence. Then two months later on 01/02/2026 my car was starting to overheat again so I went back to their shop and asked them to check they told me that my radiator needed to be fix so at this point i paid close to $700 for them to install a new radiator the very next day 01/03/2026 the belt they had installed fell off in the middle of the freeway leaving my children in a dangerous situation we called jiffy lube #1044 and they sent Stephen from a different location he showed up with literally no tools he even asked if I had any tools so he went back to his shop and brought the wrong tool after 3 tries on going back and forth he managed to put the belt back on and we went back to the shop and at that point they felt bad and they said they were going to fix the thermostat of our vehicle so it won't overheat again so they do so and on 01/11/2026 a week after they work on my vehicle another hose exploded and they wouldn't fix it or give us a refund and I had it diagnosed by another mechanic and they said the radiator wasn't properly installed just like the hoses and the belt. So on 01/11/2026 my vehicle was completely ruined at the hands of jiffy lube associates and they looked the other way and kept my money we spent thousands at their shop but I believe because I'm a female they have taken advantage and they are thieves for taking my money and ruined my vehicle. *Hoses were installed by them and exploded 10 minutes after. *Belt was installed by them and it fell off in the middle of the freeway. *Radiator was installed by them it left us stranded and busted other parts of my vehicle This is not a coincidence but their negligence they put my family and I in danger not once but multiple times and took my money. Attaching a few photos and videos of when they installed my hoses and it exploded everywhere
