I went to the shop today and talk to a young guy about my car for estimated cause but he just shut me up and told me to make apointment but when i went home i called for apointment they want me back so i went back and talk to the owner he is really nice but the other young guy is so grumpy like old man.

I brought my car to JJ Automotive as a last resort. Their mechanic fixed my car and charged me a Fair & Decent rate for the work performed! Considering that my car wasn't running when I had it towed to the shop, I was pleased that it was driving when I picked it up. Then later on that same day my car stopped working due to some major electrical problems, and he told me the truth about the condition, and offered to give me my money back the upcoming Monday. When I showed up, he gave me all my money back!! THAT is what I call honest, professional work!!

Don’t ever bring your car or truck to this mechanic shop. It is the worst mechanic shop I have ever seen in my life. I went in to get a transmission changed because my transmission blew. They changed the transmission and now my engine not working, they won’t fix the problem or pay for it. They told me they didn’t do anything. It’s just the truck but my truck was working perfectly fine. before I brought it to them, don’t go here go somewhere else it’s not worth it

Jonathan , Jimmy and the entire staff is amazing! If you need your vehicle repaired or looking to buy a good used car this is the place to come to. The work is guaranteed . Even with buying a used car at a great price I might add from JJ auto they help you through the entire buying process ( title transfer/ registration ect ). This is really a one stop shop ! You won’t find another car repair/ sale and service company anywhere that’s as good as JJ Auto.. my family and I have been customers since 2019 . They have kept our old cars running longer than they would have because of their excellent service.

guy on the phone was super condescending to me and literally hung up on me, while i was waiting to get my car back from this shop. he gave me old white man who has no respect for women and assumes we don’t know anything about cars vibes… so annoying and so i didn’t appreciate the customer service there at all. they held on to my car for three days after telling me i would get it back later the day i had it towed there. i explained i was in the middle of a move; my car was full of moving boxes - and that i was on a timeline to leave town; pretty sure they didn’t care, because they held the car for multiple days instead of getting it back to me day-of like they said. pretty sure they charged me $50 more than other places would for a comparable service, after i’d done more research. the only saving grace was the younger guy i spoke to on the phone who was more efficient with his communication. hopefully that kid gets a job at a better shop someday instead of working for the grumpy guy.

Just wanted to give a shout out to JJ Automotive for their professionalism and expertise when repairing my BMW last week. They gave us a fair estimate and kept us appraised of the progress of our repair job! I got there and said that my radiator was broken so they charged me 120 dollars to call me after 30 minutes and say that the problem was in the radiator and I had already said that the problem was in the radiator, if the 120 dollars lost were not enough they wanted to charge 600 dollars more for the labor apart from the terrible service!!! A very upset disappointment

Jonathan there is terrible he was in charge for fixing my ac which was under warranty there he had to fix it twice First time fixed for a few days then back at the shop second time was fixed he got upset because i had to bring it back to be fixed because he did not correct what was wrong with my car so i now have another problem with my transmisión willing to pay to have it fixed this time guy told me to bring it in then sends me a message to say Jonathan does not want to fix my car he is pissed because he had to fix my car for free cause it was not fixed the first time very unprofessional says alot about your character Jonathan will. Not recommend this place because of people likeJonathan then he had a nasty attitude stay away from this place guys he gives a bad rap for this place

2014 explorer Rack and Pinion, After going to Santo's auto and getting a quote of $1800 to repair it, they gave me a call back saying it would be $3200 because of programing. Immediately gave a big no to that Car got towed to xtreme performance in which they gave a quote of $3550. I then got it towed to pep boys and they told me $2700 on the phone and then they followed up saying they cant do it because of the programming So following this I called Johnathan and he told me they were all overcharging me, and he guaranteed me that it would be $2000. I brought it down and they got it done quick, effectively, and kept it under budget. 5/5 stars I 100% will go back for any future issues

I went to get my brakes fixed, bought all the brakes etc, they changed them, I paid them over $300 to do it and then my ebrake was messed up after. They told me to come back and they would fix it, every time I did, they said they were too busy. My ebrake had been messed up since and it constantly dings because of their lack of doing the job correctly the first time. Nice people but they just want your money, anyone would be nice if they are going to rip you off and then ignore once they mess your shit up.
